I can't recommend Aaron and his company enough. Aaron was extremely professional and unfailingly polite, and scrupulously honest and upfront about services and costs. He called approximately half an hour before the scheduled time to advise that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He answered all my questions, explained exactly what he was doing, and reviewed costs again. There were no surprises or attempts to "up-sell." He worked hard the entire time he was in our home and cleaned up thoroughly. He was also good in dealing with our pets. The work he did appears to be excellent. When he talked with me about a couple optional services, he ended up telling me that he thought they weren't really necessary and let me know how to save money going forward, even though it means we won't need to have him back as soon. I found Aaron completely trustworthy. This review probably sounds like a plant because of how good it is, but I really was this impressed. I wish all professionals were this good.

I received a message from the company saying they did not service my area. This deal did not work out.

Overall, the work went smoothly. Aaron reviewed all of the work areas that needed to be done. He explained what he would be doing and also reviewed the situation with the various stains. He was able to get out all of the stains that we discussed except for an stain in the study room caused by the ink toner from the printer. Aaron had clarified it up front that he might not be able to get that stain out so there was no surprise here.

I was very pleased with the services provided. It was easy to make an appointment, he was on time, and his work was reasonably priced. We are fairly new to our home, which was not well-maintained by the previous owners. My carpet now looks like new, and my vents are clean (he showed me before and after). He was pleasant to deal with and spent an appropriate amount of time doing the job. I definitely plan to have Wilson's back in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I wasn't impressed with the guy. I thought he had a line of bull. He worked very quickly and I didn't feel he cleaned as well as other cleaners I've had before for the carpet and furniture. The price was average. He was very responsive but he was a little over the top. He was on time. He appeared to be professional but I would not call him a true professional.

Very professional and honest. Told us to save money and not clean carpets that needed replacement. Did an excellent job,,no hassles!

It went extremely well. Aaron was very professional. While this is expected when using professional services he showed us what we needed to have done and he showed us steps along the way. In this case we needed our dryer vent cleaned. He showed us the results when he was finished nothing was hidden. We were able to see why this was necessary to have done. He was very neat and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again. Actually, he will be coming back to clean our carpets and to clean our ducts and vents.

Everything went well. He's very courteous and polite and conscientious of what's going on. If the job needs more time he spends the needed time. He doesn't have any shortcoming of completing a job. He is prompt at providing the service.

I would not hesitate to use them again or provide a recommendation! My son's room had some exceptional stains and Aaron did a great job at getting most of them out (I was surprised it came out as good as it did!). The carpets are a cream color and were here when we bought the house about 12 years ago. We've cleaned them ourselves a number of times but wanted them done professionally. We didn't expect miracles but they came out better than I ever expected!

Aaron was able to squeeze me in short notice as I desperately needed my carpet cleaned for a family function. He was more than accommodating and scheduled me within days of my initial call. Very fast and affordable service. Carpet looked and still looks great. I'll be using them again, for sure.

ARRON CLEANED THE CARPET BACK IN APRIL. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. I GAVE THE COMPANY AN "F" REVIEW. AARON CONTACTED ME AFTER READING MY REVIEW. HE WANTED THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-CLEAN THE CARPET. HE CAME OUT AGAIN ON 5/12/14. HE USED DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT THIS TIME. HE HOOKED UP HIS MACHINE TO MY KITCHEN SINK FAUCET USING HOT WATER. THIS TIME HE STEAMED CLEANED THE CARPET. HE ALSO WENT BACK OVER THE CARPET TO REMOVE AS MUCH WATER AS POSSIBLE. THE NEXT DAY HE CALLED TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CARPET. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THE CARPET HAD BUCKLED IN SEVERAL PLACES. AARON SAID THIS WILL HAPPEN AND THAT ONCE THE CARPET WAS FULLY DRIED IT SHOULD SETTLE BACK INTO PLACE. MOST OF THE CARPET DID GO BACK INTO PLACE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF AARON'S SECOND CLEANING. HE WAS JUST AS CONCERNED AS I WAS ABOUT THE CARPET LOOKING IT'S BEST. I REALLY APPRECIATE AARON TAKING THE TIME TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. AARON DOES TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THE SERVICE HE PERFORMS AND WANTS HIS CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. Aaron was on time, courteous and seemed to do a fantastic job. Completed mission in less than one hour, at a fair price. Left no "mess" and was friendly and respectful throughout. Made a point of asking if I was satisfied/happy once job was completed.

As far as I know, he did a good job. He showed up on time and was very professional. He also does rug shampooing and I plan on calling him for that service as well. He was a gentleman and very nice and informative.

He called before he arrived. He then explained the whole procedure when he got here. He put in a good 31/2 hours of none stop working. The amount of lint he took from my dryer shocked me. He was one of the best professional service people I have ever had. My house feels cleaned from the inside out. I already set up another appointment for another project. He is 5 stars.

Aaron Wilson (owner) of Wilson carpet & Air Duct Cleaning provided the service I had requested, which was to clean and address quite a few problem carpet stains which I had doubts could be removed. Aaron was in touch with me to advise that he was a bit behind schedule and to give me his approximate arrival time along with his apologies for being tardy. This was appreciated as so many other providers in similar circumstances do not communicate at all. I found Aaron to be courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable about his craft, after viewing and inspecting the carpet, he explained in detail how the task was to be done and once completed, to ask him any questions or concerns we might have as to the final carpet result. He performed his task of carpet cleaning with attention to all the problem areas explaining to us as he proceeded. Upon completion of the cleaning, he invited us to look and check the carpet and to inform him if we were satisfied with the cleaning. We were indeed satisfied with his work and told him so, he had done a super job for us and we were very pleased, the problem stains were gone and the carpet looked good again. I have no reservations to recommend Aaron and his company services to anyone who has the need for these services, I am pleased enough to plan to use his services again in the not too distant future on another project I have in mind and of we spoke about while he was here. The equipment seemed kind of old, but he did a good job and the carpet looks good.

Aaron arrived on time and reviewed the areas to be cleaned. He made suggestions for additional treatment based on they type of visible stains and my report about the cat messes but was not pushy about the extra services. When I agreed to the additional treatment he gave a good deal on doing all the rooms. He also cleaned the sectional which hasn't looked so good since it was purchased. All work was done well and quickly.
