MyGuy was excellent from start to finish in all aspects of the job. The employees that answered the phone and handled the scheduling and logistics of my job, Jill and Erika, weâ re very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The two techs that come out to do the work, Devin and Matt, weâ re also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their work product is first rate, and they made sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend MyGuy!

Highly responsive and very professional. Tech Charlie Long and his apprentice, Matt, were on time, listened carefully as I explained the problems, and came up with a plan to do the repairs. Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly satisfied.

I can't speak highly enough about My Guy Plumbing so far I have met three of their employees, today I had Charlie Long come to my house to fix some of the mistakes that was done by a contractor back in October. I can't say enough about their employees. Charlie Long is just an exceptional employee My Guy Plumbing should be very proud that he's one of their employee's, that includes Tim and Connor, as far as I'm concerned any work I need in the future I will always have My Guy Plumbing and I would always ask for Charlie Long to come and do the job at my house. He is a perfectionist and a pleasant human being, he wants to do the job right, so kudos to you My Guy Plumbing for having such a great guy as your employee. Oh and by the way the post for La Casta Court is my house.

Very knowledgable and experienced. Thorough in evaluation as well as explaining repairs that were needed and gave cost before starting repairs. Clean work and finished repairs in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

They were very professional and considerate. They made sure they covered the floors and they also went into our crawl space which is very hard to manipulate thru. They cleared out under our sink and replaced the items when the work was completed. They provided us with the price for the work up front. Would deal with them again if needed.

We used My Guy Plumbing today to assist with a few shower issues we were having and we are highly satisfied! Devin and his assistant, Matt, provided me with 3 different options to repair the issues and completed the work quickly and efficiently. A representative from My Guy returned my initial phone call quickly and scheduled our repair the next day (only because I was unavailable same day). Within a few hours, our old shower was converted from a double knob to a single and new pipes were worked on to fix water mixing issues. We can finally enjoy our shower thanks to Devin, Matt, and the overall services of My Guy Plumbing!

Sean was amazing from start to finish. From the moment he arrived and put his booties on to not track anything in the house to the end he was professional, skilled, honest and up front about everything and directed us where we needed to go to get the proper care for our home. Did everything with a smile even after I made a mess of his area. Helped direct us to other people we would use again and stayed with us throughout the process. Great experience from honest professional technicians Devin and Nick. MyGUY Plumbing is one of the good companies still left in this world. From start to finish I was impressed with the whole experience. They could have ripped us off telling us the flange was broken but they didn't they told the truth. i will definitely use them again.
