Mike was recommended from a family member. This was a BIG job involving demo, coping, acid washing, new filter install, conversion to salt, and general inspection and maintenance. Mike and his team are efficient, honest, and prompt. They have an eye for specific details many other contractors would skip- for example, mike (owner) would only install certain aspects when the temperature was right so the job was completed perfectly. Mike is there every day with his crew, he cleans up, and is extremely accommodating. For example- we had our daughter's 1st birthday party- he came back to cover the pool just for safety reasons, cleaned up the yard, etc. Mike answers you quickly(within a day at most). I was using a store based pool service and there is simply no contest- this company is trustworthy, and honest. Money was not collected until it was done by our standards. I do not see us EVER looking for another company to touch our pool Sidenote- my father is disabled and he took over their inground pool as well. I know Mike looks out for them and never makes them wait. He seems to have a PhD in pool engineering. I literally have no complaints. A year has passed since my original review and I stand hehind what is written above. Mike continued to assist me at the start of the season and ive never had an easier time with my pool. I am very happy with Mirage Pool Service. Their pricing includes everything from chemicals to setting pool temperature as well as cleaning and was competitive with other services that did not include chemicals. I bought a new house with a pool that was covered so had no idea what would be required to get it running. Mike told me the pool was in very good shape and provided for me the few things that were missing (ladder, etc) at good prices. He also took off the diving board on the same day I requested it. I highly recommend.

Mike and his crew are exceptional, professional and fair . Quick to return calls, always on time and the their work is consistent. I will be using them again and my neighbors have decided to do the same. Highly recommend !!

I had a really great experience working with Mike and his guys at Mirage Pool Service. My family was in a bit of a pickle with our in-ground pool; it was getting later into the season and we needed someone to come help close our pool right away. Mike was responsive to my Home Advisor request and was able to come ASAP to help my family out. He answered all our questions and left us feeling confident our pool was safe for the upcoming winter season. I would absolutely recommend them and we are planning on using them again in the future!

I have been using Mirage Pool Service for many years now, so this review is not based on only one experience. Besides openings and closings, I've had liners installed, stairs fixed, re-piping done on the pool, a new pump installed and other little odds and ends. Mike and his workers have always been easy to communicate with, and provide top-notch quality work. Mike will evaluate what is needed, explain exactly what is going on and why, give you different options if possible, recommending what he thinks the best thing to do is, He is meticulous in his work, paying attention to detail. He has always been very reasonable in pricing, and has many times given me options that would cause my final bill to be lower without sacrificing quality, in other words, he looks out for MY best interests. This is not some large-scale company only out for themselves. I would recommend them to anyone that wants someone trustworthy.

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and professionalism displayed by Mike and his team. My pool cover and liner were destroyed in the one nasty snow storm we had last year and he responded immediately to get my emergency situation assessed, provided a detailed report supporting my Insurance claim, installed the new liner and opened my pool in the Spring and just now completed winterizing and installing a new pool cover. This company does top notch work, they're always on time, as well as being responsive and friendly. You'll be glad you called them.
