East Coast Custom Gutters

Very satisfied with East Coast Custom Gutters.  I will definitley be using them for years to come for my annual gutter cleanings.  Thanks, Tom - it was a pleasure doing business with you!

AFTER A SEVERE RAINSTORM THURSDAY NIGHT, I NEEDED TO SECURE THE BACK GUTTER THAT RAN THE LENGTH OF THE HOUSE.  THE OWNER (TOM) RETURNED MY CALL QUICKLY ON FRIDAY AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM TO HIM.  MONDAY MORNING, GARRETT ARRIVED TO INSPECT THE GUTTER AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS BY INSTALLING SCREW-IN BRACKETS AND HAMMERING THE SPIKES BACK IN, AS THEY HAD POPPED OUT.  HE ALSO MADE SURE THE FRONT AND BACK GUTTERS WERE CLEAN AND UNOBSTRUCTED.  THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE IS WHAT I PAID.  THE FRIENDLY AND PATIENT MANNER WITH WHICH I WAS TREATED BY BOTH TOM AND GARRETT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED.  I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I received an estimate the day I called.  A worker installed one white gutter and beige gutter extensions over stones/mulch in garden.  I could not inspect that day.  I called a couple days later and said I would prefer all white.  Without question the gutter extensions were replaced with white in a very timely manner.  I plan to use company again for a gutter repair.

Excellent service provided at a reasonable price.  Arrived on time, very professional and polite.  Would recommend to friends and or family.

ECG responded quickly to my initial call and provided an on-site review and estimate within a couple of days.  The following week, my house had new shiny gutters along with new sections of fascia that needed to be replaced due to rot.

I was not home when they cleaned my gutters, but was told that my gutters would be cleaned and any issues such a clogs would be taken care of.
after cleaning in 2011 we had a rainstorm and i noticed the elbow gutter over my front door was pouring water.
I called Tom from ECG and he told me they would come out to see if the gutter was cracked. We agreed on a price of $40 if the elbow needed to be replaced.
They never came out and I never heard from them again.

I will be using someone else this year and I will make it a point to be home when service is taking place.

They were very professionalism, and polite.   They did excellent work.  I would recommend to anybody.

My house is surrounded by huge maple trees which shed their acorns and leaves two to three times during the season. I waited till all had fallen. A service truck was cleaning gutters by my neighbor and I stopped to speak to the person who was cleaning. He was very friendly and knowledgable and I asked a price for my gutter cleaning. It seemed fair for all the work involved and the height of the second floor. So I hired him. He gave me his card and said he would come the next day at 9 AM and there he was on time. The job took approximately 2 hours. He hosed  and swept the driveway and collected the leaves and carried them away. I was very impressed. The card said East Coast Custom Gutters.

Tom came right away and gave me an estimate for new gutters and downspouts.  He was extemely friendly and professional.  I got several quotes from other companies and his was the best.  His team arrived on time they were also respectful and hard working.  They did a great job and cleaned up everything after the job was complete.  I will reccomend him to all my neighbors, friends, and family. 

They are very reasonable when it comes to price. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very prompt and professional as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Did not do a good job cleaning the gutters and when I called them back twice, they have not shown up.
