3 years later and the field Is flooding . Had another septic company and an independent septic inspector check it out and both said the only reason is shoddy workmanship . It was money down the drain. Stay away.

Guys came 20 min late. Opened up the tanks and said we needed an entirely new system because the water was high. They didn't explain why. We pointed out that since we had weeks of rain that maybe that was contributing to the high water level In the tank. They dismissed that and said the amount of rain had nothing to do with it. And then when we asked a few minutes later if it could be fixed the guy then said that was a possibility too. So how can you go from the only option is to get a new system to " oh yeah you can repair it too." The neighbor had a new septic system installed for about 9,000 dollars and this company said it would be 12,000. The next day we called the owner to complain since when we made the appointment he said the inside of the tank would be examined with a camera. He also said the tanks would be pumped. None of that happened. The owner said he would call back the same day but no call back. Also the report was supposed to be emailed to us the next day and that didn't happen either. I'm ready to call the credit card company for my money back.

Completely emptied septic.  Seemed a bit expensive.  The person that did the work was polite and professional.

They gave me a good price and I would recommend them. They came promptly and they did a good job.

It went very well. I was very pleased with them. They gave me a better option than a person I had before. I wasn't wanting to spend a bunch of money and I was very pleased with them.
