Had nate and his crew install a water conditioning system, project was reasonably priced and expertly installed. They arrived on time and job was completed quickly and cleanly.

After speaking with the owner Nate, he took the time to explain everything to me, I than hired his company to install the whole house purification system. His crew arrived on time which was very important to me, completed the job in a timely manner, clean and professional. I will recommend them to anybody looking for great service at a reasonable price. My water never tasted so good.

I needed to hire a well pump person and after reading the reviews I called Always Pure Well Drilling. I left a message and Nate (the owner) called me back in about 10 minutes. I had issues but it was not an emergency so we were able to schedule a time that worked for both of us a few days after the call. Nate was a little apprehensive about taking the job because it was quite a ways from his office (about 1.5 hours). I had some information on the well from the previous owner and an approximate location (the well head was buried and not above ground) Nate and 2 of his guys showed up a few minutes late but called to say they hit traffic. This was not you typical project and although it took a while to find the underground well head once they did things moved at a good pace (we live on the side of the Watchung Mountains so digging a hole is really about moving rocks and clay with shovels). Once they actually got to see the well and casing there were many things that we not done that needed to be addressed. The well is ~60 years old and was not drilled the way that is currently required and the size of the casing was smaller than expected (4" not the required 6") this meant that the 4" pump in the 4" pipe was difficult to remove and luckily with Nate and his crews experience they got the pump out with no issues. When the pump was out they looked at the nameplate and realized it was quite old (it was made in 1986 so installed for 30 years). The issues came on the installation of the new pump. The new pump would go partially down the well and then get stuck. Nate himself worked on this for about 40 minutes and said that we needed to make a decision because there was mineral and rust build up in the old steel casing and he could try to force the pump in or use a different pump. The decision was to go to a different pump (a 3" diameter pump) so Nate of course did not have this special (and expensive) pump with him and called the supply house. Nate said they had the pump and they would leave drive back the 1.5 hours and get the pump before the supply house closed so they could be back first thing the next morning. The next morning one of his guys came with the 3" pump (he actually stopped at the supply house on his drive home to make sure he had it before they closed) completed the install and reconnected everything and had the water on and operational by noon. Nate had given an estimate, revised it when he needed to use the special pump and stuck to the estimate (to the dollar) I think that Nate and his crew are hard working, knowledgeable and completely honest professionals. They also provide timely service and a good value even in cases where things are not going as planned and they need to correct errors from the past. I would highly recommend Nate and his company to anyone needing well work done. I would hire him again if needed but I don't think he will be wanting to come back to the mountains for a while. I highly recommend Always Pure Well Drilling,LLC. They arrived on time and were very competent and courteous. I am very grateful and will certainly use them again for any future work. I am happy that we found them!!

Nate who is the owner responded to my phone call within an hour from when I called him. He came out on a Sunday morning to assist, drilled within 2 days a new well, obtained the permit quickly, was very professional, explained step by step what was going on with our well/pump and what needed to be done. I would recommend him. Nice man, knowledgeable and did exactly what he told us he was going to do.

Nate, who owns/runs the company was great. I hired him from Florida to do work on a property in NJ. He was quick to respond to messages, answered questions in laymans terms, was courteous and concerned that the work was done right and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Always Pure Well Drilling, LLC. Nice to have someone who does a great job and is also a good businessman. A+++

My old well failed and Nate had a new one drilled and hooked up within a week. Nate and his coworker worked through a cold very rainy day to drill the well. He carefully explained the work to be performed and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend Always Pure for a new well.

Customer state that SP came out and fix it and then call to have him come out again to fix a leak and he never came back or call customer about the issue. Customer state he could have just called her back if he did not want to do it.

I wish there was more room to write because I can't say enough about this company. All the reviews are true. Nate and his guys are honest and hard working. It took 7 days from the time I called them until we has beautiful fresh water running in my house. I was doing a project in my backyard trying to run a power line to my shed. These guys used their tractor to dig the trench for me - thus saving me a whole weekend of work. Never have I been so happy with a contractor. If you live in Monmouth or Ocean county - ONLY USE THESE GUYS!!!

In one day Nate and I discussed the possible solutions to the pump not working....to His crew finding the problem, repairing it and running the well water through my sprinkler system....a job "well" done! I would recommend 'Always Pure Well Drilling' AND call Nate in the future without hesitation!

Always excellent service. We never call anyone else but Nate for our water treatment service. When you find the best, you stick with them. I would definitely refer Nate to all my family and friends without any reservations.

first of all, they were at my house in like the next day, nate who i spoke with actually listened to me , he was great, would recomend him and his team again and gain, the repair man came over promptly , listened to me, i showed the problem i was having and thoroughly explained it as well, they found the issuie , repaired it and didnt just leave , the actually watched the well pump run and for at least 15minutes, the repair men were clean , professional and actually very personable , i highly recomend them , and i will do so time and time again , very professional , i guess i can say the company i was dealing with in the past should take lessons from them , whom never returned my calls , i know thats not what i want , USE NATE AND HIS TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL thank you

Great work would hire again

Nate was having equipment problems, so it took a few extra days for them to come. He sent two of his men over and it took them a little over an hour to get the old pump out and new pump in. They didn't mind me watching and asking questions. At the end, I wanted to tip them but they refused telling me it wasn't necessary!

Good guys. Arrived on time. Did what they said they would and actually charged me less than they had originally quoted over the phone. After getting into the job and finding out it was a little less work than what they had quoted on.
