"When my tech, Mike, arrived there, Jose called me and wanted other items reglazed for the same price, I told him for these extra items there would be an additional charge. He wanted me to do everything at no extra charge or my man can leave. So we agreed at a slightly higher price. My tech, Mike, never went back a second or third time as he states and when I called him the next day after the job was finished to see how the job turned out and he never returned my call. This man is unfair and tries to get extra work for free. And I would advise other contractors to get their work in writing before you go to this man's home."

"I called the customer that morning and said the tech would be there about 9-9:30, depending on traffic. He arrived at 9:43 because it was Black Friday and he hit traffic coming from Toms River to Teaneck. The tech did not call because he wasn't going to be that late. The customer told us that there were 2 small cracks in the tub, but both cracks were 3 times larger than she claimed. So it took him much longer to repair and should have been a higher price but we kept it at the price quoted. He could not caulk the tub because with these large cracks took much longer to dry. We went back 4 days later and recaulked the tub."
