Russ was very patient explaining the steps that needed to be done and Victor did a wonderful job making it happen. I would definitely recommend this company, the only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because the job was just done today...:)

Great experience. They explained the process to me and end product was amazing.

The owner, Russ, knows his business. He sent me information on the coating chemistry he uses, he asked me detailed questions to provide an over-the-phone estimate, and discussed scheduling options with me. His service man, Mike, was polite, on-time, worked neatly and quickly. After the coating was completed, I did notice some pieces of construction dust (of my own doing) settle into the wet coating. When I called about the issue, Russ advised me to let it dry completely to a hard shell and they would come back to make it perfect...and they did. I'm so happy with how they treated me, especially when addressing a concern. All-New Recoloring is a class act, and my tub looks brand new. Russ, I'll send you some pictures. Thank you.

We contracted "All-New Recoloring and Repair" to re-glaze a bathroom tub and soap dish on 13-Oct-2014. The work was very sloppy (e.g. scraped glazing, glazed over chips without filling, lack of sanding/cleanup before glazing, etc.). The technician assigned to the project (Mike) was courteous however he does not have the necessary skills and/or desire to do a professional job. Upon complaining to the proprietor (Russell Frontera) he refused to assign another technician to correct the work. After two visits by the original technician (Mike) to correct the discrepancies we are filing complaints with the BBB and Dept of Consumer Affairs.
