He said they couldn't tell me how much it would be over the phone but there would be a minimum fee for coming out. The technician came out and he started pointing out a lot of things and said they needed repaired like piping. He said it would be $998 to change the faucet. If we got our own faucet it would be $400. I asked him if he could fix the faucet rather than replace it. Another technician came and said that to change it, it would be $998 but if we bought our own faucet it would be $300. I called several other vendors and they were only charging $100-200.

Booked appointment online with a coupon which was promptly confirmed by their office the next day via phone.  Plumber arrived a bit late due to unfamiliarity with our location, but this has happened before with other providers and was excusable.  Unfortunately our drainpipe was not too cooperative and required two attempts at snaking it out before returning to proper drainage.  Despite the mounting frustration, our plumber remained professional and stuck it out until he saw the job through, which we very much appreciated since the alternative could have ended up being an expensive return visit with multiple plumbers.
