AJ Perri

Woke up one morning to find the water heater quit on us overnight. Called Perri and they were there within two hours. Replaced one part and we were back in business by lunch. A little on the pricey side but like everything else you get what you pay for.

It went well as far as the service. There were some small details that AJ Perri is usually very good at doing but this time were forgotten like replacing the air filter and the tech didn't put the cover back on the unit. After looking at my receipt I'm not sure if I'm signed up with a maintenance contract which usually the tech goes over with me and sets it up. Maybe it was because the tech was new because he seemed very young. I must say though that AJ Perri is a very good and 99% of the time very dependable and professional company. We have had them do multiple projects at our house and they do a great job. Usually very happy with their level of service.

AJ Perri installed my Furnace/AC unit about 3 years ago and a new HW Heater last year for me. They come back every 6 months for inspection & adjustments. I'm very happy with the equipment installed. I've met a couple of their techs over the years and they are very professional. I have recommended them to several friends. I don't know that they are the most cost-competitive in the area but I generally am willing to pay a few more dollars for first-rate work and service.

We have used this company for all kinds of plumbing and heating issues and have alwasy been satisfied with their work. They show up on time, are always very professional and do good work My only ovjection is that they are constantly trying to upsell and I think their rates are too high.

Service was provided "free" as a result of an air conditioner installation. However, they found a part that supposedly was not performing up to par. Its replacement was over $200, although it looked like something that should cost no more than $20. Overall, Perri is good but they gouge.

ok but things should where said at end of job that should not been addressed they should have did there job and that is it

they may be a little more expensive than other providers, but they do excellent work, and they are top notch in their field. They come promptly and on time and guarantee their work. I personally would not choose anyone else.

The service is wonderful. After using them years ago a few times I was so impressed with the service I now use them exclusively. Over the years the service has actually improved.

A.J. Perri is an almost unbelievably well-organized, responsive and competent service organization. The representatives who answer the phones are smart, cheerful, alert and thorough. We have repeatedly been surprised by how quickly service calls were scheduled, even during peak high-demand periods in the summer and winter. The service technicians are very knowledgeable, but they also know what they don't know, and when to call in a colleague more specialized or experienced in a particular area. Follow-up is similarly impressive. The office staffers call to confirm appointments and are very accommodating if you need to make a change in scheduling. They let you know as soon as possible if a technician is running late or is available at arrive ahead of schedule for the service call. The problem with our central air conditioning unit turned out to be more complicated than it first seemed, but the tech rebounded quickly with additional parts and completed the repair early the next day. The full-house thermostatic control system they designed and installed perfectly solved long-standing difficulties we'd had regulating both heating and cooling throughout our house. The tech made an initial visit to assess the problems and our objectives in detail, listened thoughtfully to what we had to say, and spent around two hours checking the performance of the existing system in every part of the house. He described both more and less costly solutions and explained the pros and cons of each. We opted for a sophisticated new system which was installed within a week or two. During installation, the tech thoroughly explained how to operate the various components and adjust them to suit our preferences at any given time. Both the air conditioning repair described above and the full-house control system installation were completed in a highly professional manner, with results that have fulfilled or exceeded our expectations. We now consider A.J. Perri our go-to resource and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them enthusiastically for the full range of heating and cooling services, whether emergency repairs, seasonal maintenance , or system design and installation.

My scheduled time slot for arrival of workman was 8 am to 1 pm. Approximately noon I received a call stating the service man was detained on another job but they would notify me when he was on his way. Shortly before 1 pm I was advised they were on their way. The workman arrived at 1:10 pm and went right to work. He was very professional, conscientious of protecting my environment from dirt/debris resulting from his work. He responded to all my questions intelligently and with respect.

Fine. They were timely, polite and knowledgeable.

The rep from aj Perry was very polite & clean. this was the problem. after about a half hr of "using equipment to check my line" i was informed that the leak was in my coil & it would be $1700 to replace. being the unit was only 3 yrs old i told the rep I would check the warranty & get back to him. When i went to the basement I noticed he had not even removed the cover over the coil. I knew this because the seam of the cover was foil tapped sealed & it was fully in tact. I called on another co & found my coils were fine. The leak was due to the fact the bolt on the outside compressor wasn't completely tightened where they refill frion and that was a matter of turning a wrench! The rep tried to sell me a very expensive part that wasn't needed. I will never trust anyone from that co. again. I have since found out from friends that this co. Has also done similar scams to other people. Fortunately for me i found an honest co. and it was an easy fix. AJ Perry needs to lose my phone number

Everything went wonderful with the installation, and very up to date with keeping my furnace working to it's full potential....

They do excellent work. Techs know what they are doing. They are very neat; even put booties on. They are a bit expensive, but probably comparable to others. I still use them because I know I won't be disappointed. However, they suggested replacing a part which would cost $242 for labor and part. Since he was holding the worn part in his hand, I felt that he should have just replaced it for the cost of the part, since there was no extra labor involved. So I did not have it replaced.

Perri technicians have all been well trained and professional. They do a thorough job. The price, not cheap, is reasonable. They've been doing this for me for several years. I regard it as a form of insurance, and I'm quite satisfied.

showed up on time.Removed my old heater installed new one,it took about four hours,they were neat and cleaned up when they finished.

We were having issues with the plumbing, came out after 8pm at night with no extra charge, diagnosed problem immediately. It was a big job, we were unable to use our water, however the job was completed the next day. We have used them a number of times and have always been satisfied with the prices, service and workmanship.

The service men were polite and courteous. They were very experienced and gave us several helpful hints They explained what they were doing as the work progressed. We were extremely pleased with their service and are very satisfied with the yearly contract we have with them. We will continue to maintain our contract and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The serviceman was on time, prepared with his tools and shoe covers and he spent a great deal of time inspecting the entire system. The only disappointment I had was that he didn't have the proper size replacement filter for my system. The bonus part of my service was that I was offered a service plan for two additional maintenance check ups 1 for future heating system and one for the air conditioning system. The cost for the 3 service days was $61.60 for each of the three. No other company could come close to this awesome price.

They did a great job. Very Professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves both in the basement and outside. Would highly recommend them for any job. They also installed a new C/AC unit last year at our home and come twice a year to check filters and condition of the unit. They put booties on when they enter the house so as not to bring in dirt and mud. Highly recommend AJ Perri.

identified leak as between incoming water line and sheath no charge as they do not repair the line between st and house. had insurance covering this line fortunately .
