We like them. We have an annual contract with them. We paid $250 for the repair work which included the part and the labor. We felt that it was reasonable.

They were very good. I have two properties and they serviced both. They provide winter and summer service for both.

They were great and we would use them again in the future.

My experience with them went fine. I also had them come in before that, but his price was way too high for something different. The coupon price for this service was excellent. They were able put me on the books right away. I have no complaints about what he did, nothing at all. Because I know his other prices, if I had a coupon, I would use him again in the future, but if it was just a random call, no.

They are unreasonable priced with their service and they're 40% higher than anybody in the area here but their service is impeccable. I have one complaint and it's about the price and I have to pay for the parts. They're polite and very clean and they're there for 24/7. They'll come to your home and put an installed system to your house and you wouldn't know that they were there. They gave me a time frame and they said that they're going here from 8 to 1 because they only have 1 man on the truck. He called my home 7:30 and he was here promptly at 8 o'clock. If they tell you they're going to be there, they're going to be really there. I had another system put in in my home and it's a heating system. They wanted to charge me a thousand dollars to put in a heating system in my house. I found another company that installed a better system for $5000 less. I'm so happy with them in one way but I'm not just so happy about the price. I wouldn't go back to them if I found someone who's cheaper.

While they did the service competently, they did try to upsell me on a couple of items that I found out from another vendor that I did not need so that put a bad taste in my mouth. Service-wise, they were quite competent. They were trying to upsell me on an automatic water feed that they said was broken and not working. I did not purchase it because I knew it worked the night before. They were also trying to sell me an upgrading of some of the major plumbing that goes into it, that it was wearing out and probably is going to fail soon. I asked another independent contractor who had been here before and he said given the date of my burner, it is just going to die overnight one day, but everything that is on there now is in fine condition for the age of the burner. I had a plumbing emergency since then, and I did not use them.

Last time was okay, we got a plumbing estimate but it was too high so we did not take it. They were okay, it was a good price at that time, i compared and it was reasonably good. For big jobs, they're okay, i was not happy about the plumbing experience.

They were actually very nice. I had several of them at my house. I had the heating guy, the air conditioning guy, they came out, they did their job, they were reasonably priced, and they did everything that they were supposed to do. I was happy with the service. Not only that, I got a price from them with a $25 off the next service. I am actually going to be bringing them to my house again for an air conditioner check up and I'll be using that $25 coupon. The price was okay. You pay $99 for them to come out. Every time they come out to do the $89 or $99, I use my $25 free thing off of it. They took a check. I have been a customer for a year or 2, and I paid them with checks before. I am very happy with the quality of their service. I keep using them. I call them and then they come the next day. Normally I call from work and then I would have to stay home the next morning, and I always schedule for the 8 o'clock appointment, and I am able to get an 8 o'clock appointment so that is very good for me and my schedule. If they say they are going to be there at 8 o'clock, they will be there at 8 o'clock. They had their shirts on with their names on it so that was good too so I knew who I was talking to.

I am not using them anymore. They would do something else every time they would come.

I never had a problem with their service. However was unaware that I had to pay an annual fee for checking out the equipment. It was mandated that I have and pay for the service. Also if I did not, my future services would be in question. I find them to be very expensive.

Price was comfortable, they were very good. We did ave a problem and they came right back, they were on time and i'm getting ready to call them now

They have been here a bunch of times. You pay for an annual thing, so they come twice. It seems like every time they come out, something seems to be wrong. I think they are heavy handed on their pricing, and I would like to try someone else in the future.

We have had them do work for us in the past 7-8 years. They have been very good.

Checked out the AC unit outside and the mechanics in the attic. Found a defective motor capacitor and replaced it

I do not have any dislike. They were professional. The guy that came over was very nice and we spoke. It was a good experience. I would tell friends and family members that I had no problems. It was a good work, and I would hire them again. The price was good. Everything was good.

We were satisfied with the work. We felt they were a little expensive. The salesman we had a problem with not the guy that did the work. We have a service contract so they came out and checked the heat and the air conditioning. They come once for the heat and once for the air conditioner. They had been very good. We had air conditioner problem last summer in the middle of the heat. The guy came like 8 or 9 at night. When they put the air conditioner in, a duct was not connected properly. I went up and checked that, and I called AJ Perri. They came out and did the repair. We had AJ Perri all the way back into the ‘80s. They had two semi-Americans here and they handled them both within 24-hours. They call in advance and they give you a small window of opportunity that they come, and they are there.

My experience with them was fine, and I am planning to use them again once I have the funds to do the work that needs to be done.
