I used the $89 coupon offered through Angie's List for unclogging a single drain. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the plumber showed up right on time for the appointment. He was courteous and professional and got the job done quickly. He also stayed until he was sure the problem was fixed. The pre-paid voucher was accepted and no other charges were assessed. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done and I would use them again.

A technician from AJ Perri came out to repair our gas furnace. The technician said our furnace was not repairable and quoted us a new furnace for over $5,000. I subsequently call Arnold's Plumbing and Heating in West Long Branch. Arnold's repaired the furnace for a couple of hundred dollars. I felt like AJ Perri was trying to take advantage of us to sell a new heater. I called and complained to the office and they refunded the money I had spent for the service call.

Not well as for as pricing goes, they were the worse. The work was fair for what they did, but they charged us over $400. just to repair one toilet. I will not use them again and to be frank with you ever time I use someone from your list I have a problem. When i call AJ Perri about the price they said because they are a 24hrs service there prices are higher than local plumber. They were going to charge us another $500. to repair 2 other bathrooms (which only had leaking faults) but I cancel the balance of the order. This small job was going to cost over $900. which I think out of line for the work they were going to do. I will not use them again.

The plumber showed up on time. SInce I was getting this done for my tenant I could not afford to say no to the service chanrges at that time. But I would never call them back. The technician did a pretty good job

It worked out fine. The cost included the parts and the labor. They are one of the best providers we use. We will absolutely use them again. We have been using them for several years now.

It was excellent! They were very professional, and the service was done great in one day. We have no problem with them. We have referred them to numerous friends. I pay $89.99 plus tax for an air conditioner and furnace tune up. I guess the price is average. I didn't compare them to anybody.

It was fine. I don't have any problems whatsoever. It was a bundled service so I don't think at that time there was a charge for it. I have a yearly contract with them for the heater and air conditioning unit for $160.

I've been using them for a couple of years now. They are very good. They are thorough 0:36-0:40. It is a good experience. They are professional, 0:44-0:45. We pay $198 for the service contract. It comes out $100 a service so it's pretty good. The quality of service is very good.

It was $1700 for the unit and the installation. It could be better, but I know that's the going price. We will use them again.

I love them! I use them for everything. I use their plumbing and other services. I think they are great. They are usually here on time or before. They give you a window and they are always here earlier than they say they are going to be which I like. They are always really nice, and they show you their business card with their face and license number and everything, and that's what I like about them. You feel safe letting somebody in the house. They originally told me it was going to be $89, and I actually paid the $89, then I had a call from the main office and they said they overcharged me and they were sending me a credit. I rave about them. I will tell everybody to go get them.

They are fine. We have never had any problem with them. We have used them for many years. The price is a little more every few years, but that is the way it is. We are happy with the service and we don't feel that they overcharge. They are professional and they explain things to us that we don't understand.

It was fine. They are a little pricey, but they do fine work. Sometimes they come and they are very good, and sometimes they have to come back because they don't have everything that you need. They are okay, they are very nice, and they always come when they say they are going to come, it's just that they are very pricey. The last time I had something done, I didn't call them, I called somebody else. Their pricing is always terrible. It always costs too much. Their prices are ridiculous. The quality of their work is not terrible. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. They respond immediately, and they are very good with regards to their punctuality. If I need to, I am going to use them but I did use another service from Angie's List. Sometimes I call them 2 or 3 times for the same thing. Sometimes it's very good. The thing is, you don't get the same guy every time. Some guys are better than others. Some guys are very good at what they do.

It was pretty good. We had a little problem at first in getting some stuff together. They had the wrong sizes, but on the whole, whenever you call they come right to you. Their prices are average. I have gotten a couple of other prices. They clean up after themselves. They are pretty good. You call them and usually they would come out. They had been here as late as 2:00 in the morning when we had a problem. They have 24-hour service. Their service is very good. We had a few problems with them in installing stuff and they had to change some stuff around, but once we get everything settled, they are fine. Their responsiveness and punctuality are very good. They usually call first, but they usually come within the time frame that they give you.

Everything about them is professional. They followed up with phone calls and asked how the work was done. He cleaned up his area. He even put boots on his shoes when he came to the house. He did great work. The price was fair.

Everything was fine. I would use them again only for that service. They come in notorious for trying to upsell. They are trying to get you to replace everything, and sign up for some expensive package when it might not necessarily be warranted.

I would use them again in the future.

We have had no problems with the work they have done so it has been good. We signed up for a maintenance agreement so they also do our air conditioner maintenance work. We thought their plumbing price was high and did not think the parts would cost that much. They came when they were supposed to and were quick. I don't know if I would use them for plumbing again, but I am planning to keep my air conditioning maintenance agreement with them.

Other than being extremely expensive, it was fine. I live in a house where we have a crawlspace, and underneath that crawlspace, the water pipe froze. I didn't know what was wrong, I just knew there was no water running. I called them and they did come late. I know they had an awful lot of people at that particular night. I don't think the guy was here for full half hour, and he didn't bring any equipment except for a small box to defrost it which I think didn't take more than 10 minutes, and it cost me over $1,000. I couldn't do it myself, I needed somebody, and he was the one that I called because I used him for my air conditioning and heating here. The insurance does not cover it. If the pipe breaks, then it is covered, but only when it freezes, which was a terrible inconvenience, whether it was broken or whatever, it was still an inconvenience, and this has cost me more than $1,000. Other than the fact that I do have a contract that I took last year for the heating and air conditioning, and it has already been paid for, I wouldn't be using them now. Everybody said that it didn't really cost me that much. If he said it was $500, I would still have thought that was exorbitant, but it was an emergency. For less than half an hour and it was $1,000, it was just too much for me, and there were no other discounts involved. The price was extremely high. For the quality of their work, I didn't have any problem since. The fellows did their job. I hardly saw them. They were in the house and when I told them what it was, they were downstairs so I didn't have much of a rapport with them. I definitely wouldn't call them for an emergency.
