It's easy to set up an appointment. They're very clean and careful, the repairs, when made have been great and proper.

The guy was very professional. We had a frozen shower drain (don't ask me how). I thought it was clogged so I called for Perri's services. The person who came to my house was very professional. He tried his tools to clog the drain but he found out that it wasn't clogged, it was FROZEN. He put Morton salt to melt away the ice. It took almost 24 hours for ice to melt, but eventually it was all good. I recommend their services.

They come to my home every 6 months to service my a/c and furnace and always do a great job.

They worked very efficiently and they were courteous and responded quickly and the price was reasonable.

Our 38 year old furnace needed to be replaced and we had estimates from several vendors. Gilson was the least expensive. They explained what the job entailed and provided a detailed written quote. They were extremely prompt and communicated with us at each stage of the job. They were very neat as well.

what I first thought was just a clogged drain, turned out to be a major obstruction in the pipe leaving the house to the septic. Once it was diagnosed he had to remove the toilet on the first floor and spent over 30 minutes with a snake/auger to clear the line. He took the time to explain that the line in question was an old cast iron pipe with a rough surface (interior) which probably caught some tissue in the elbow that was clogged. He came on a Sunday night!!!

My furnace stopped working this late afternoon in the middle of the winter. I initially called the utility company, PSE&G, for service but they would not come out until the next day, but with a 6mo. old baby and night time temps reaching single digits this would not suffice. I had seen AJ Perri service vans in my neighborhood so I called and requested service around 5:30pm. They said the tech would arrive between 7-9pm. He showed up at 7pm, diagnosed and fixed the problem(cracked igniter) within 10 minutes. I had to pay extra for overtime services which was expected but when dealing with the circumstances of extreme cold and and infant that needs a warm house, I cannot complain. The service tech was professional, courteous, and efficient. I plan on calling them for future heating and cooling services. The best part of the service was the the pretty immediate response time between the initial call and the arrival of the tech considering this most likely being a very busy season.

I think that their service is great. They are extremely responsive and professional. They are always there. If you have questions, you can call 24/7. If you have a problem, they’ll come out and fix whatever it is. The only thing is that I think that they are a little bit on the pricier side but it’s sort of like you get what you pay for because besides the fact that they are always available and also responsive. I actually had an issue with my new heater and within one week, they put a brand new one in for me at no charge and they have warranty on the products that I bought.

Excellent. I had a slow drain in my bathroom shower. I called A.J. Perri based on Angie's List reviews. Overall the experience was awesome. They called me about a half hour before tech arrived. The tech was courteous and friendly. He advised me about the work that he was going to do before he did it. The shower drain is no longer slow. I would recommend them in the future.

They were just wonderful. They were so courteous, really nice, and did a great job.

They did it without digging the whole line. They dug at three places and then they pull a cable and they tow another new pipe. They burst the old pipe as they pull it though. They don't trench the whole line. They made one whole near the house, one halfway in the yard and then another one near the street. They call it pipe-bursting. They pull another pipe as they break the pipe that's buried as they pull this cable through with the burst head of it. They also tie up the replacement pipe in the and pull that through. They said that it's cheaper to do it that way. If you have a guy having to backhoe the whole line, it would cost almost another $2000-$3000 more. It's more labor. They were the only ones that I though new what they were doing with that new technology so I thought I'd go with them. It was guaranteed for 20 years. It's like a hydraulic piece of equipment that they unload off the back of the van. I never had anything done like that before but I was happy with their service. I thought it was a fair price. It's all done in one day too except they had to leave the three holes exposed because it was on a Thanksgiving weekend that they were doing it. They had to wait until a guy inspect it before they can back-fill but that wasn't their fault. I didn't shop around. I needed it done and they were able to do it quickly. I was in a pickle and I more or less had to do it. I thought they treated me pretty fair. I had to do some finishing things in the yard but they left it pretty well. The responsiveness was excellent.

It went well. The guy was professional, took care of the problem and took care of everything else. I am pretty much happy about the service.

Called to schedule an appointment to have them look at the shower faucet being very hard to pull. Scheduling an appt went well and the tech arrived on time on a Saturday morning. He didn't take off his shoes or have any shoe covers which wasn't good. He removed the shower faucet to see the condition of the cartridge and gave me a "warning" that if he wasn't able to pull the piece out of the wall, I would need the whole fixture replaced AND the tile around the faucet would need to be replaced. By the time he was finished with his "warning", the worst case scenario price estimated if he couldn't get the part out of the wall was $1500 PLUS my cost separately to replace the tile in the shower. I laughed to myself because I could already see how this was going to end. He pulled, pulled and pulled the cartridge but "couldn't". I told him to put all the pieces back together to get the shower working again so that I could investigate this later and paid him the fee to come out. A week later, the part was purchased, cartridge was replaced and final cost was $200. Companies who do good work and don't try to rip people off will always prevail.

Under my maintenance contract, they did an inspection and it was clear the existing units were not salvageable. Their service manager priced out replacements, considering my status as a maintenance contract customer and that two units would both be done during the same visit. I agreed to the pricing. They had the replacement units in stock. We chose a convenient date for me (two days later) to have the work done. The tech showed up within a few minutes of the quoted start time and put on booties before stepping foot in my home. He did the work, explained what I was left with as a result, and cleaned the work area, removing any garbage from my home. I have used them previously and would use them again.

We have worked with them for several years. We have using them for the last 10 years now. We have no problems with them whatsoever. We have a service contract with them. The technicians have been excellent. We have had no problems with the scheduling and they call me to remind me when it is time to have the service done.

It was good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Our house is 40 years old and have no idea if the old owner ever cleaned it. I'm very impressed with the technician's professionalism. We have bi level house and tons of vents. He cleaned all and when I told him I heard something running in the basement vents he double check the area and found a dead mouse over there. We had some heating problem but since cleaning home is so much warmer and we feel very comfortable to know that we don't breath dust anymore. The technician come at promised time, explained us everything, work efficient and took extra time to be sure it's totally clean. He showed us the pictures of the duct when he continue to work. Job took approximately 3-4 hours and they well deserved it. I know that AJ Perri charge high for the plumbing etc. but the unlimited duct work I definitely recommend them to anyone...

They couldn't find anything wrong. They charged me $50.83 for coming out though.
