"We made every attempt to make Mr. [Member Name Removed] satisfied with our services and we went back to the job several times to address his concerns as he also acknowledges. We take complaints very seriously. If a customer has a questions or concern, we react/respond as quickly as possible; but sometimes no matter what you do, it is not good enough which unfortunately is the case here. The insurance company for Mr. [Member Name Removed] recommended us for a reason, and it is because we have a long track record of meeting/exceeding customer's expectations. Also, please review the other reviews for us as they are a better reflection of the quality of service we provide. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was clearly upset when one of our technicians was working in the attic space and he accidentally had his leg go through the drywall and make a small hole in the ceiling. Mr. [Member Name Removed] had a normal reaction, but unfortunately no matter how careful someone may be, accidents do happen. It was not our intention to cause unintended damage to his ceiling and the technician very upset and apologetic. The technician was crawling around an attic wearing cumbersome personal protective gear (i.e. tyvek suit, wearing a respirator, ect) and unfortunately the technician lost his footing. We immediately informed Mr. [Member Name Removed] of the accidental damage and told him we would repair it which we did. We hired a separate repair contractor to come into the home and patch, spackle, and prime the small area. Also, our main task according to the agreed upon scope of work was to remove the insulation in the attic since there was some raccoon dropping on it, vacuum up any loose insulation debris that remained, and spray a disinfectant. In terms of being neat and tidy, we set up plastic containment and covered the area outside the attic space to prevent cross contamination. We left the space very clean upon completion. We ran an air scrubber machine equipped with a HEPA filter that cleans the air while work was in in progress. Mr. [Member Name Removed] indicates the cost was $6000 which is not the case. The total job cost was closer to $4800. He graded us poorly on price which I am confused about since the price was negotiated long before work began, approved by the insurance company, and Mr. [Member Name Removed] had ample time to get competitive estimates. The insurance company paid 100% for the work, so Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not have to pay anything to us out of pocket."
