On October 5th Our 2014 Dodge Durango R/T was hit on the right hand side by a car which ran a stop sign, the Durango was towed to a storage lot.  The next day I went searching for shops as we were not happy with our previous provider.  2 other shops told me it would be 2 weeks before they could look at the car.  I left a message for Jeff to call me, he called both my wife and I  within 2 hours Jeff assured her that the car would be as good as new or would not leave his lot.  Jeff then called me, he explained that he would use all factory parts, and do the work as if it was his own car.  In addition he asked us to stop in any time so we could see for ourselves the quality of his work.  He also stated  that as soon as he had the car he would schedule it as quickly as he could.  2 days later the car was delivered to his shop he planned to get right to it but did not have a key, it was Friday afternoon and we could not get the key to him until after hours.  On Monday he let us know that he was getting started on Tuesday he called us to ask how we wanted to proceed as 1. the damage was more extensive then the adjuster led him to believe,  and 2 the towing company damaged the opposite side of the Vehicle and the insurance company required the damage to be covered under a separate claim.  He suggested that due to the amount of damage he would recommend that we should avoid having the vehicle repaired and he had his guys put in additional hours to ensure that the Adjuster could see all the damage.  Thanks to Jeff  a difficult situation was avoided and he was sure to point out the condition of the car which was Dealer ready to the adjuster.  I am pretty sure if I went to one of the previous body shops I have used my car would be rattling down the road leaving 4 tracks behind leaving a trail of paint chips.
