The worst delivery / install experience in my life. I went to the Wayne showroom with exact measurements and descriptions of the products I needed and what had to be removed. The salesman told me the install process for a slide in range required a pre-visit to the house with delivery the following day. The guy showed up late on a Saturday to look at the slide in range. After he got the measurements, he decided he needed an extra piece of trim.that did not have and delivery for the next day was cancelled. I was assured someone would call me that Monday, but no one did. I called that Tuesday and was told my salesman was ill. Then I was told the part was not available. Finally it was found and another delivery scheduled. Of course, they did not know what time, that is always a secret until they arrive. The guys who showed up to deliver the stove and refrigerator took one look at the existing refrigerator and decided it was too big for them to move. I needed a special team for that. Again, I had to call another "manager', who promised me that the special high end team would be out to dismantle the old appliance. Again I was told to call a machine to get information on the 'delivery' after 9:00 the night before. And so the night before the delivery, I called the number and the machine did not recognize it. When I called the store, the third manager I spoke with could only tell me that someone would be here sometime on Friday...but could not give me any idea of when. I begged the guy for some idea, explaining it was my fourth delivery date in three weeks...and he told me that was too bad. Lousy and dishonest. Buy somewhere else.

I purchased a new washing machine from P C Richard and Sons and about in a month into it, I started to smell like a sewer smell from the washing machine. The repairman came and he said right away that it's not the washing machine. These new washing machines, you can't use that much soap anymore. I was filling it up with the level of what the washing machine tells you to fill up your soap with. And he said that I am not supposed to go by that level, I am supposed to go by half of that amount. We just washed it out and then the smell never occurred again. He is very knowledgeable. I went to other places and they were a couple of hundreds more than P C Richards. They also came right away when I called them.

P C Richards sent a technician who was named Bob. Bob was professional and respectful. Bob listened to my complaint and went about researching why it was happening. I was impressed with his communication skills, and his ability to fix the machine immediately. I was very happy with the service and especially Bob. I had had a technician out three weeks before who told me it was my fault for using too much soap. The problem was a clogged filter in the hose.
