Tyler, the technician who answered my service call, was an excellent example of the type of professional you want to fix your drain problems. He explained what he was going to do, the reason why he did things a certain way, patiently answered my questions, AND cleaned up any splatters/spills before he left.

Great, they dug down to the old cast iron pipe, cut though, snaked out the clog and installed a new clean out T for any possible future needs

Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again.

Our tech Call Young, arrived to the house within half hour very professional listen to our concerns and issue was resolved right away. Will definitely call on them again if needed!

My well pump failed on a Saturday night. The next day I called All Clear Plumbing and the plumber Alfred arrived quickly and provided an estimate. On Monday morning he returned and started the work. He was courteous and answered all my questions. The repairs were done quickly so that my household could get back to normal. Excellent service and I would use them again. Highly recommended.

Cal Young was at my house for hours today. He was the hardest and most determined plumber I have ever seen. This number is on my cell and they are the first ones I will call in the future. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Calvin was friendly, knowledgeable and on time! We are very satisfied with the work that was completed. I called a few plumbers but "All Clear Plumbing and Drains" were the only one to answer my phone call on first attempt. Water was backing up on the first floor. The job was completed in two trips. Reaching them and setting up appoint was easy. Person on phone was nice. They came to evaluate the next day telling me what they had to do. Office called to setup for work to be done. "Pipe clogged in basement which could not be reach". The following day they came out to cut a pipe was told clog was out side and was no clean out. The outside has three clean outs so and I have insurance policy for that so not trilled with the change in the answer. I did want a clean out in the basement so happy that was done. After they left the problem was not fixed called office and they sent someone right out to finish the job. I did not find out what the issue was that required a second trip but again work was completed and has been fine and I have my clean out. Note there is an extra credit card percentage fee that was not told on the front end. I did not ask if there was but also was not told until work was completed. I would hire again but would ask alot more questions.

The number one thing that stands out to me about them, is they are very dependable. They always arrive at the time that they tell me they will be there. They are efficient, fast and a good company overall.
