I should point out that back in the fall Jack responded in a very timely manner with a reasonable, detailed estimate. We were very pleased with the estimate, but put off the job until the springtime which was our choice. Until the date was set he communicated very well with us which was very refreshing indeed :-) Jack Kramer and his son Kyle came over on time as promised and truly did an outstanding job !! The entire house was pressure washed gently with a nice detergent which did an outstanding job on the aluminum walls and gutters. I should point out that our old aluminum siding is spray painted so I had concerns, but the process is not harsh but VERY very thorough. They also cleaned the various roofs (split level) and removed the staining on the main roof in the front. Also, they applied a cleaner that will eradicate the lichen growth we have on our porch roof and Jack says this will take a couple months to completely remove them. Overall, what can I say. Jack is a true professional. He and his son are of strong character, can be trusted to do everything well and with pride. They are hard working and deliver on every promise they make to the customer. What more can you ask for in a contractor ?!! Oh, one last thing..... when my wife got home that afternoon and saw the quality of their work she was EXTREMELY pleased with results ! For me, that's worth it's weight in gold because as they say, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE ;-)

I have used A Brilliant Solution for powerwashing my deck for many years. I have also retained their services to power wash my roof and house. What a Brilliant job! I have used Jack for driveway sealcoating as well. Jack always provides excellent service in a professional manner. I will use Jack and A Brilliant Solution again. Even though the job isn't complete, I know from past experience that the deck (22X40 feet by the way) will look brand new. Right now it's completely clean of 3 years of debris, grime and that unsightly green dinge the deck accumulates after awhile. Please give Jack a call. He does Brilliant work.

I ran into these guys as they were doing some work at another home in my neighborhood. They were courteous from the start and excellent communicators throughout. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The work was done quickly and done well. When I noticed days later that there was a very minor problem (not due to faulty workmanship, but due to my particular project), they responded quickly to my phone call and e-mail and came back and took care of the problem within one day.

THRILLED with the results. We have been living in our home for 5 years and we have no idea when the last time either of these things were done. But we had our roof cleaned, we thought it was black turns out its a whitish grey... We also had the concrete around our pool cleaned and it is like night and day. I am so pleased with the results, it has made an incredible difference to our home.
