Found issue with electric supply.  Fixed it on the spot.  Worked the price with me so i did not have to invoke my home warranty.  The home warranty company wanted me to use a different contractor that I had used in the past that performed poorly, so Focus helped me on price.
I think they are respectable and professional, and I have had no issues with my A/C since they fixed it.

This company is wonderful.  I found them here on Angie's List and they were able to come out the same day that I called.  The technician was very professional and polite and he was able to fix our AC very inexpensively that same day.  I would highly recommend Focus HVAC!

iThis is the best "Angie's Deal" that I have ever bought.  John was out within 3 hours of the time I called.  He was very professional.  He thought he knew what the problem was within minutes of his arrival. He checked numerous other things that it could have been to rule them out.  He fixed the problem and the price was so reasonable!  I have been gouged by previous Angie's list "Deals".  And was happily surprised with the cost.
I heard a new noise coming from the vent and i called the next day and again he was here in a timely manner, found the cause (a loose hanging wire) fixed it and put in  a new air filter at no extra charge.  Kudos to John and FOCUS.

EXcellent customer service!!! There was some discrepancy in pricing which was reported to the owner who immediately fixed. Overall I would recommend Focus HVaC and would use again. Awesome service

Awesome! They came on the same day as called which was a Saturday and then returned as promised.

It's been a while since this happened and I'm not sure of the exact date without pulling out the receipt.
I just happened upon  this review page while logging in to research flooring, but in all honesty, the impression  I came away with is that FOCUS HVAC is a down-to-earth truly "family run" business.  
They are are earnestly trying to make a living while offering the very best service they can.  
I am a single parent and price is VERY important to me. Yes, I paid more than the Angie's list inspection and one service or whatever deal I paid $59 for but they were very fair, thorough and in the end my 30+ year old system (that they could have said needed replaced and I'd have believed them)  only needed a simple cleaning and tune-up.
FOCUS was honest, direct and HUMAN.  I actually went back and looked for their business card so that I wouldn't lose it.
That's pretty amazing coming from me!!.

Called the company first thing Saturday morning, and they were able to have someone out within an hour of my call.  The techs were very professional during the visit, and willing to answer any questions I had.  Also they didn't seem to mind me looking over their shoulder to see what was wrong with my furnace.  As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions on the furnace and issues it could be having.
This was the 2nd company I called out to fix the furnace.  The 1st company, I used a $30 angies list half hour diagnosis special.  The vendor came out and gave me an estimate of $500-600 saying my gas valve needed to be replaced.  FOCUS was able to clean my burners, so the gas would flow to the pilot and like magic, the furnace started up.
I look forward to calling FOCUS to help start/tune up my A/C unit in the summer.  Great service, Great technicians, and Great price.

John is very knowledgeable and polite. After the AC install he even came out to trouble shoot the computer controlled digital thermostat I installed later on (I connected the red thermostat wire to wrong terminal) and he did not charge me for the trip. I also had him replace a blown out fuse for the AC unit at my office at a reasonable charge. The AC is running good and I'm very happy with the install (knock on the wood).

My system (aircon) upstairs stopped working.  John came out, assessed the issue and determined that a relay burned out.  He had to order the part but conducted a temporary fix that restored air until he could come back and install the relay.  It took a few days but John called and setup the repair appointment, promptly arrived, and installed the part.  FOCUS is the only company I'll call for future HVAC system issues.  Thanks John, you did a great job!!

The gents showed up on time and ready to-go. professionalism, excellent knowledge and very courteous. love this company. I will be calling on them to do additional work. I highly recommend using these people.

The guys were very prompt and very professional.  The price was excellent (part of it was covered by my homeowner warranty, but even if I didn't have a warranty, the price was very good).  They were quick, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing.  I had alot of confidence in them, and they surpassed my expectations.  I'll be using them again in the future, for sure.
