Overall quality of work was generally good, but there were several mistakes made in original rough-in that required subsequent reworking for which contractor wanted to charge me. An external hose bib was hooked up to a hot rather than correct cold water line; when the mistake was found the plumber responded promptly to repair it, but took no responsibility for damage to finished surfaces necessary to fix the problem.
