Excellent service

Took long to eradicate but eventually worked

Came out to spray 3 times, each time they didn’t do what they said they would.

I was using their service but they would not come back when I asked them to come back out.

Patrick returned call after I requested quote on Angie's list. I described situation and he offered to look at photos via email. Called me back and left detailed message suggesting these were old holes and no treatment would be needed. Very helpful and good at explaining. Obviously not looking to rip off customers.

I think that Humphrey's is great. The sales person came to my home quickly. He explained everything that they would do to rid my house of mice. I hired them to come out every three months to check the baits. The bait checker is friendly and professional.

Technician sprayed pet safe compound in all first floor rooms & then sprayed outside foundation plus distributed granular material in soil around foundation.

Brian from Humphrey's was excellent. He arrived promptly in the AM, identified the problem and location of the entry point (Hornets entering through chimney), treated the area and eliminated the infestation.

We requested a copy of our long-standing contract but we were denied it. We need them to honor the terms now that Insect damage is evident, but they are blocking our efforts. We have no confidence in the company.

Superb. George is the best! He is always on time. If he is stuck in traffic he communicates directly to us. The customer service has been great as well. George goes above and beyond. He is thorough, and very professional. Have used them for about 5 years and because of the outstanding service George and Humphreys have provided, will continue to use their services. If you're looking for great service I strongly recommend this company and if you get George that will be great also. If not, I am sure the other techs would provide you with the same quality service.

We've been using them because we had mice in the house. The mice are pretty much gone but they still come. I think I am going to stop them because it is $75 every time they come and it's getting expensive. They seem to know what they're doing. They're pretty good. This is the first time I've had experience with this type of company. They seem to have identified the problem and rectified it for the most part. The question I have that I'm not sure is now it's almost like a maintenance type of thing. There were a couple of spots where they felt the mice were coming in. There's a bird feeder where the feeder was throwing seeds. They put traps around the house where the bird feeders were. They said it would attract the mice to eat and die. But mice also leave a scent trail and so it seems like that is substituting one scent for another. My feeling is that they seem to have solved the problem but now you need the maintenance of these traps and I'm not sure that's really necessary. I'm always kind of suspicious of companies that say you have to keep on doing it to prevent the issue. Their people are nice and professional and there is no issue there. They did what they said they were going to do. They solved the problem. When you are looking at the cost for the year it seems a little high.

Great! They addressed my issues and I have seen a big improvement in the past year that I had the service.

They did a great job. They've been good. They've been very efficient and cost effective, and they're able to come in anytime in between if there is a problem. I think the price was very good. I think their quality was very good as well. They also provide a lot of information about, rodents and pest control. I haven't had any issues with them getting in touch, and they give me notice when they're supposed to come about a week in advance. They call to confirm. That's been fine. They give me a range in which they would come, if there's any issues with that we just change it. So that's been nice. They've been good. I have not had any issues with them. The people that come are very good.

Horribly this company clogged my sinks with there blue gel and they backed up then they put fly paper on windows which didnt do diddly I called twice and no one ever returns your phone calls

All went well. Got a detailed, free estimate from a professional, negotiated on price for initial visit, agreed to periodic visits as well.
