I have had no problems with them.  They do a quarterly service.  They come every three months.  I pay them yearly.  I get good results.  They have been reliable.

Had to come back twice, but they are finally gone.

The technicians who come to my home to do the treatments are very good employees, have great customer service, and they are very accommodating, nice, and pleasant. They've done a very good job and helped me get rid of a baby millipede problem. They were able to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time and I was so happy they got rid of them for me. The office staff could do better at scheduling appointments. I've had appointments get mixed up on me on more than one occasion.

I thought they were pretty good.

Misdiagnosed my problem, corrected that but took a long time to return my payment when I chose not to go with them.

It went really. They kept in touch with me by phone and email since I was on the other side of the country at the time. They were very flexible and easy to work with.

Ralph arrive the same day I called for service to estimate the work to be done.  He explained the procedures and responded to all of my concerns .  Ralph then scheduled service for the very next day.  At the appointed time the following day Bobby arrived and baited the barn for as prescribed by my township.

The technician was great.  He counted the holes that the bees had made and sprayed powder into each hole.  I haven't seen another carpenter bee after that!  I had tried several different companies to get rid of the bees and none of them had any effect whatsoever.  In fact, I was told by one prominent, well-known company that "you can't really get rid of carpenter bees anyway."

I contacted Humphrey's after seeing lots of flies in my condo.  They were able to come out the same day free of charge to look into the situation.  The gentleman that came was very knowledgable, gave me a clear understanding of the issue and did not try to sell me on anything.  He said that chances are they would go away, however, if i wanted to, he could have someone come by on Saturday to spray some stuff to get rid of them faster.  I decided to have someone come out as i wanted them gone asap.  Fast forward to Saturday.  Don came by, and noticed that they number of flies had decreased since earlier in the week.  He said that chances are they were mostly gone and that it wouldn't make sense to spend the money on the service when they would go away on their own.  I appreciate their honesty, when i suspect many other companies would have done the service anyway just to make money.  I will not hesitate to contact them if an issue pops up in the future.

THey cam the day I called and I also scheduled a termite inspection and they came the next day.  The person on the phone was very helpful and the termite inspector called me immediately following the inspection and explained everything to me.  Could not be more pleased.

By the time we detected the hornet's nest it had grown too large for us to spray & remove (bald-faced hornets). Called Humphrey's and they quoted the job to treat the nest to kill the hornets. They sent someone the next day, we did not need to be home since it was an outside job. The service rep left a note with instructions on leaving the nest in place for 1wk to ensure all the hornets were gone. Prompt service and fair price.

I have a quarterly contract with them. They come out every quarter and check the traps they've set up for mice.  They also spray the perimeter of the house and if we have any other pest issues they would address it as part of the contract.  They basically tell me the different services they offer and in times of concerns is what they use.

We are covered for 60 days.  They said if there is evidence of Bees after 10 days they will return and spray again.

They were quick and effiecient. I would use them again in the future.

Well, I found dead bugs after the visit, so I guess it worked.  My only complaint was that I had the expectation that I would receive a follow-up phone call when the house  was due for another treatment and I did not.  Consequently, when I remembered, I could only squeeze in just 1 more treatment before teh deal expired.

They came highly recommended by everyone who had used them. We felt they were fine. They are very thorough, they explain things in detail, and they are very articulate and cooperative. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They were completely honest because, subsequent to our having used them, I called them because we had an infestation of flies and they said they don't take care of flies. Whereas other companies did not tell me that upfront and then we ran into complications.

They are local and they've been very good.  The wasp control was $150 as it's not in our contract.  They were reasonable.  They are pretty good.  Everything has been fine and I've had no complaints with them.  They come when they are supposed to and do what they are supposed to.  By and large we've had no problems and they've been pretty good.  Their price seems worth it.  They have a hotline and they are pretty good.

The initial assessor was excellent, very thorough and good at explaining all he observed.  The program of laying and renewing the poison traps worked well.
I have two problems with the service.  First, the person who handled subsequent trips did not inspire trust.  He gave us an assessment and estimate for structural work we should have done to close entry points in the house and out-buildings. The estimate for the work on the house had no detail -- just a price, with this person to do the work. He seemed bemused when I pressed him for detail.  I had someone else, whom I do trust, plug various gaps in an area of our house exterior much broader than the area identified by the Humprey's rep. While that rep tells me that there's still evidence of mouse activity in a crawl space, where one of the traps is, I don't think that the job he proposed doing would have made our porous house impenetrable either. We have not seen mice for a year and there's no droppings or evidence of them upstairs in the kitchen area, where we were plagued. I am somewhat at a loss as to what to do next -- renew traps and stick with status quo, or look for more possible entry points.
I also think that the later followup visits in the Humphrey's contract are overpriced.  There were four, and  the last 2 or 3 were $110 each, roughly double the prior renewal/updating visits.My 'yes' for whether I would use Humphrey's again is a qualified one.  I would comparison shop the next time and might use someone else.

They came out on time and they did what they said they would. I want to do more pricing with other companies. We have a small issue with ants and they are coming back out to retreat for free

Their price is reasonable and they are very reliable. They always call when they are coming and show up when they say they will. They keep the problem under control.

They got rid of the mice from day one and it’s been good now for the last two months. The pests are totally eradicated.  I rate them far superior to another pest control company I had in the past.
