SOS installed my gas boiler and did a great job and were on time and very clean. I would highly recommend this company for their realistic prices and ease of dealing with.

We have two HVAC systems. Last spring I realized AC of the newer one did not work. Got a few estimates, everyone quoted the whole system for various reasons, except SOS. They pointed out the coil is compatible with current standard refrigerant so only need to replace the condenser. Took their proposal and the AC was fixed at a much lower cost. A month later, the AC of the older system also broke. Its coil was not compatible with new condenser so must be replaced as well. This time everyone quoted the whole system. SOS cost is much lower and we had a good experience with the previous job so the decision was a no brainer. The job was again done in time to our satisfaction. Admittedly both jobs had some minor issues. But they quickly sent technicians to fix them after we found out some time later so I would still recommend them without any reservations.

Rob and team were the most responsive of the three contractors that I'd contacted for this project. My Central AC system replacement project was very complicated due to number of systems (4) and the tight spaces involved. I received an honest and transparent quote, and SOS stuck by that quote despite complications that made the complete installation take longer than anticipated. The team assigned were terrific (John, Louie, Geo, Stalin) - hard working and knowledgeable They worked well together and were sometimes creative in solving issues. Overall, a very good experience.

Even though one of there employees called out they still removed the boiler. The next day they installed the new boiler, when they left the heating system was working.

I had a very old Oil Burner that broke beyond repair. I contacted SS work services through Angiâ s list. Rob Called me right away. He came, inspected ordered the parts needed. Five days later three of his workers spent up to 20 hours in 3 days, removing my old burner and constructing a new one. They explained the steps I had to take in maintaining it. They were very efficient and I tipped them also. Today I had my inspection from the town and Both inspectors said when they saw my new furnace said that they did a great job. SOS work services were affordable, on top of everything, And overall nice quality guys. I have already handed out their business cards to friends and family. I highly recommend SOS work services.

John performed maintenance service on our boiler. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing in detail. He was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs the service.

The installation of the new furnace by S.O.S. Work Services on 11/1/23 was satisfactory. The crew was very careful with the removal of the old unit and install of new unit. Awaiting confirmation of submission of documentation to town for issuance of permit and inspection of by local officials. Hoping to resolve this as soon as possible and update this review.
