My wife reached out to Seth of A-OK and he confirmed a 5pm appt. the same day. He came on short notice on time and with no electricity in the home made sure he took care of the doors where locks had to be replaced. All during this time being good-natured and working at a good pace to complete the job. Keys and locks worked fine, he pointed out the deficiencies of the existing door hardware to me. I will be calling him back as his price was fair and he knew what he was doing.

Fantastic.  He is very reliable and responsive to emails and phone calls.  Very professional.  I was able to feel comfortable knowing he would come.  From phone conversations I felt I could trust him and when he came that feeling remained.  He did not try to over sell me (he could have very easily considering I don't know much about locks) and was honest in his approach.  I had him essentially make all the old locks in my house use one key and upgraded 60 year old locking mechanisms to modern standards.
I plan to have him back when needed.  Use a pro for this type of job!

Our front door lock was jammed. We couldn't open it from the inside, only the outside with the key in the lock. I call Seth and he told me when he could come. He showed up right on time. He looked at the lock made a temporary fix but told me it would need to be replaced soon. It was worn and would soon break all together. I asked him to replace it. He took measurements and told me he would be back in two days. Again he showed up when he said he would. He replace the lock, cleaned up after himself and gave me five keys.
I would definitely use him again.

Seth has been terrific to work with. The second time he came he discovered that he was missing a part to fix the deadbolt and ended up having to come back. He did it all with a smile and good humor even though it was all at a cost to his time. Seth has also helped us understand some potential issues we'll deal with in the future and he did it all with no pressure to address immediately. As new homeowners that's a relief as we look to spend our dollars wisely in the first few weeks/months.

I went with this provider based on reviews I read on Angies List.  I had no problem scheduling the appointment and the specialist, Seth, arrived right on time. He was very professional and worked efficiently.  He gave me a fair price quote up front before he started any work. When he did not have a special part he needed to change one of the locks because it is not a common lock, he went to get it and did not request payment until he came back and the job was completed.  I previously called another local locksmith to look at a lock that was not working and they charged $55 just to come 2.5 miles to the house even though no work was performed.  
I would definitely use A-OK Locksmiths again.

I called Seth on Thursday and he was able to set up an appointment on Saturday at 10:00am. He arrived on time & worked quickly & neatly. He changed our 2 locks and put a lock on the garage for us in an hour. He did a great job.
