John Mann was very thorough in assessing the damage to the foundation of a prospective home purchase and in writing up his report, however, in similar fashion to what was reported in other testimonials, he was incredibly late in his arrival. I understand these things cannot be helped sometimes, but I had stressed prior to making the appointment the urgency of being on time as we had only a small window of time to be in the home and a 3rd and 4th party's schedule was involved. I personally, may use John again, however, I will be sure to schedule him so that there are no time constraints.

We hired John to perform analysis on a structure wall remove project. He was extremely thorough. To make sure our project is done correct, he came out our house 3 times to perform inspection. He is always responsive to our email. We highly recommend him.

Although he was a little late getting to the appointment, he did a thorough examination of the issue I had. His report was also detailed and gotten back to me quickly.

John did show up on the first appointment and he was not reachable. After calling him for several times, I finally got contact with him and he came to the 2nd appointment and gave detailed explanation and walk through. He provided the report with suggestion and cost. Overall, I was satisfied.

John Mann was great. Very smart, thorough, and knew what to look for during our structural inspection. The report was sent the very next day. The only thing we had an issue about was that he arrived late and had to change the time of the inspection the night before 'cause of something he had. However, I would have no problem recommeding him or using him again.

John Mann did a great job on pulling together a plan for adding supports in our basement and first floor. He was very responsive, providing us with a plan on time which was of high quality and met the permit requirements in our town. He was thoughtful and creative. I would highly recommend Mr. Mann to others in need of development of a structural plan for a residential property.

As we did not start with the constructure,I think it is very primature to rate the company. However, we will gladly do it later on.
