Tom was excellent at providing advice to maintain my plumbing and answered questions that I had. Very professional. I would use his services in the future.

I guess you get what you pay for... He did not do much at at all. Didn't fix my toilet and did not get back to me to give me a quote. Totally dissatisfied!!

Went very well. Tom is a professional in all aspects. Let me know what he was going to do and then did it. He also did some things which were above and beyond what I thought he would do. For example, we went in his vehicle to pick up toilets at a retailer. Just use him and you will be happy.

Completely professional, explained everything. They exceeded all my expectations, I would never think about calling anyone else.

I had further problems with the pipe a few months following the service. I researched a follow-up procedure that have been recommended by this contractor which would have prohibited me from using any water in the house for 24 hours. I also sought advice from a plumber that I've known for years about this suggestion. Based upon that, I did not have it done . While this contractor appeared to be sincere, I have too many doubts to utilize the services again. Also, I flat fee through Angie's list, and he never offered to refund any of that when I did not schedule the recommended follow-up service. As it was explained to me, the recommended follow-up service would have been incorporated in the flat fee that I paid Angie's list. In other words, the services that were performed were cheaper than the amount that I paid.

GREAT. Very happy with both. I was informed all the way of the potential issues and was not surprised but the additional work needed. The total price was extremely lower than the first "national" drain cleaning service I called and got a huge run around regarding of the time of the work to be done. In both instances, Pristine Drain Cleaning and JH Wright Construction completed the work within 1 day for each event. The honesty and professionalism exceeded what I have had in the past. It's nice to know there are some contractors who will not rob you. This was a rental property and the tenants were also extremely happy with the way they were treated by the contractors.

Because of traffic, Tom was came a little later than expected. He apologized for his tardiness. He took a look at the clogged toilet and said he would try the auger, and if that didn't work, he will need to remove the toilet to clea the blockage. Fortunately, he was able to clear up the clog without having to remove the toilet. Afterwards, he cleaned up his gear and the work area. He gave me some tips on what to do if my toilet clogged up again, which I appreciated. When it came time to pay, he gave me a little discount because he was late. Overall a pleasant experience. I would use hiim again if I had any plumbing troubles.

Tom came to our rescue once again. He was onsite very quickly after we called and was very efficient in getting our problem resolved. He was very professional and responsive during our crisis... We have used him several times in the past and have always been satisfied.

Called Tom on a Saturday morning with a snow storm forecast, Tom explained his years experience cleaning drains and that he could clean the drains that afternoon. Arrived on time and did a very professional job, and left the bathroom and kitchen clean. Everyone was happy to use the shower/bathtub later that day. Plan to contact Tom again when any plumbing issues arise.
