"As you are well aware the deal was for a home inspection and to adjust floats and levels on 1 toilet as was preformed. As for repairing your other 3 toilets, replacing your sump pump,cleaning your sink line and installing a towel bar as I explained to you these additional things you wanted done are not part of the inspection you purchased. While this contractor appeared to be sincere, I have too many doubts to utilize the services again. Also, I flat fee through Angie's list, and he never offered to refund any of that when I did not schedule the recommended follow-up service. As it was explained to me, the recommended follow-up service would have been incorporated in the flat fee that I paid Angie's list. In other words, the services that were performed were cheaper than the amount that I paid.
He took a look at the clogged toilet and said he would try the auger, and if that didn't work, he will need to remove the toilet to clea the blockage. Fortunately, he was able to clear up the clog without having to remove the toilet. Afterwards, he cleaned up his gear and the work area. He gave me some tips on what to do if my toilet clogged up again, which I appreciated. When it came time to pay, he gave me a little discount because he was late.
Overall a pleasant experience. I would use hiim again if I had any plumbing troubles.
