Alpine installed my Trane heating and air conditioning system 18 years ago. At that time, I decided to purchase a service contract that would allow me to receive 2x a year cleaning and inspection. It was the best investment I could have made! Today their technician Troy came to conduct the preseason service on my air conditioner. My appointment was for 10am and Troy arrived promptly at 10am! During the course of the inspection, Troy discovered that the dual run capacitor was leaking oil. He showed me the part and suggested that it could be a problem down the road. Since the system is 18 years old, I wasn't surprised that there might be a worn part that would need to be replaced. Luckily, he had the part on hand and was able to do the repair right away. Because I had the service contract, I received a discount on the parts and labor which was greatly appreciated. I'm so glad that I called Alpine all those years ago. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

We had used Alpine previously for small system repairs and were satisfied with their service. This was a big project, however, and we obtained several quotes. Their price was in the middle and we felt more confident using them, based on past experience. The crew of three showed up right on time. They were very professional. Wore masks the entire time, due to the pandemic and used shoe covers and drop cloths to minimize tracking dirt into the house. They worked well together and willingly answered all my questions. They cleaned up the debris before they left and explained the operation of the system thermostat, answering all questions. And the furnace even worked after they left! Won't be able to comment on the AC unit for several months. Could not have asked for better service.

We have been customers of Alpine for 23 years. We routinely use their service (maintenance contract) for our heating and a/c tune-ups.
