Rich responded to my inquiry right away, and came out a few days later to view job and provide estimate. His crew came about a week later and were very professional. They did a great job from start to clean-up. Very safety conscious for both the workers and my home. The job was performed as promised, at the quoted price, however homeowners should keep in mind NJ 7% sales tax which is in addition to the job quote.

I had 3 trees fall down. I called him at 10:00pm on Saturday. He was here pretty early on Sunday and came back on Monday to finish the job. It's nice to have the owner of the company answer the phone when you call and take care of things so quickly and courteously. His price was competitive.

It went very well! Rich answered my inquiry the same day and came over to give an estimate. He was prompt and very pleasant and friendly. He wrote everything out and the estimated time he would be able to start. He told me the office would call shortly before to confirm. The gentlemen arrived to do the work, but I did not receive a call. No one was at home and they proceeded with the work. A question arose and I was called to make a decision. Not knowing they were there and not being sure of what the question referred to I stated I would have to call back after I returned home. I had difficulty reaching Rich when I attempted to call. His office staff is not a reflection of the way he handles his business nor of the concern he has for his client's satisfaction. After playing phone tag, we finally connected and he came by to discuss the issue. He was very genuinely apolegetic and trimmed a tree with large dead branches, which I had inadvertently left out, free of charge! He also charged me less than the quoted estimate! Rich is a honest, personable and knowledgable gentleman who is very much concerned with customer satisfaction. Although we had a few miscommunications, I felt he bent over backward to make up for them. I would use hime agein without hesitation. My only sugggestion would be he get a staff that reflects his work ethic and desire to please.

They did a very good job and cleaned up and it was like I did not know they were even here. I recommend them to anyone. Their prices were very reasonable, they showed up when they said they were going to and I had no problems with them at all.

He came out and gave an estimate. I agreed to it and he did the work. The other tree service had quoted twice the price of the rich tree service. They are going to fungicide one of my tree which is sick.

The company did an excellent job. They did everything they said they would. Their price was very competitive. I received four estimates from other companies and Rich beat the lowest price and did a very professional job. They were fast, efficient and neat. Estimator Sal is a very nice guy and knowledgeable, certified arborist. He knew every tree species on my property and gave me very good advice. Would definitely recommend this company.

For initial estimate, sales guy came to house on scheduled date; called to let us know he was running late. Was thorough with the estimate, provided all details in writing. Scheduled service on a day that was convenient for us, so someone could be home. Team qas quick, and cleaned up really well. The only strange thing. When job was finished, found out that there was one cost for cash, and another for check (difference of $100). Would have been nice to know that before hand. Could have saved $100. Otherwise, did a really good job.

He said he would take out surface roots 6 to 8 feet from the main trunk, but he went beyond that and did charge extra.

I needed to get several trees trimmed on my property. There were around 6 different trees that needed to be trimmed back or cleaned up. The tree in the front had several limbs extending over the power lines that needed to be cut back. In the back they removed several limbs from two trees extending over my pool. The service was great, they were careful not to damage my pool cover and even cleaned the leaves off my front lawn. I was very pleased with the overall service and they were happy to trim a couple extra branches. Rich's was easy to work with and were very accommodating when it came to scheduling the day they were coming. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use them again.

Rich was very responsive and come out to do the estimate promptly. Of the three quotes we got, his was the cheapest by at least $200. Angel came out about a week later with a crew of two other men and finished the job in about 3 hours. They were very, very nice and accommodating. There was no damage to the house or lawn, despite the fact that the tree was right up against the house.

They responded quickly to my call, they got me a contract right away. The price was very good, they came when they said they were going to come and actually did more than I had asked them to do. I'm very happy with it.

Rich was knowledgeable and professional. He returned my phone call promptly and provided a reasonable estimate. He was able to give a good assessment of the condition of the trees we had concerns about, and reassured us that they were healthy and did not need to be removed at this time. We were away when the actual tree-trimming went on and were happy to return to a cleaned-up yard and large pile of mulch in our driveway. He actually removed more of the fallen trees than we were expecting. The resulting mulch has been great for our landscaping needs!

Their work was excellent. When Rich came for the estimate he was on-time, personable and explained everything. The actual work was done about 3 weeks later. The crew worked fast, cleaned everything and was very careful not to damage my property. The supervisor asked questions and went over everything before he started. The work took a little over 2 hours. The only "problem" I encountered was the scheduling of the work. After I submitted the signed contract I did not hear from them until they showed up. I had called a few days after submitting the contract and the woman at the office said that they would contact me in a few days to schedule the work. They never called back. About 2 weeks later, they were at my house at 8am with my paperwork. I called the office and they said that there must have been a mix up as I wasn't even scheduled for that day. I let them complete the work anyway. Fortunately, I didn't have to be in to work until later. However, if that's the worst thing that happened, than it was no big deal. I would still recommend Rich Tree Service.

My call was returned and an estimate was done right away. A group of guys did the work and seemed pretty organized and fast. They spent time cleaning up.

MY HUSBAND HAD A BACK OPERATION AND WAS NOT ABLE TO WORK IN THE YARD. I USED THE COMPANY FOR ONE SEASON. I DID TRY TO USE THEM AGAIN, AT ONE POINT, BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED. IF YOU WANT TO WALK AWAY FROM BUSINESS, ASK THEM HOW TO DO IT. THEY ARE GOOD.
