- All employees were punctual (arrived when they said they would).
- All employees were professional, yet pleasant and easy to talk to and work with.
- The guys pruning the trees arrived exactly when I was told they would arrive. They asked me how I would like the trees pruned and followed my limited instructions. Since they are the tree experts (not me) I also asked them to provide their thoughts on what should be done. They did a tremendous job on the trees. Additionally, I was very impressed with the clean-up following the job. The guys left the property in better condition than they found it. Additionally, due to some of the trees overhanging into my neighbors' yards, they cleaned any fallen debris from my neighbors yards and also left their yards in better condition than when they arrived.
- I definitely recommend using Rich Tree Service. I know when I need any additional work done with my trees, I will definitely use them again. I only wish I had known about them when I had two huge trees uprooted and additional limbs down, including on my roof, as a result of Sandy.

Based on that I would have given them an A but the price I thought was way expensive. The proposal included seeding the plot in the front where they removed the juniper bush but no grass ever grew until I had to call in a guy who does odd jobs to seed the area and the grass started growing in a week and a half. I also did not know when they remove a tree and grind the stump out, a large mound gets left which takes time to settle. Being this is our new home and summer is almost here where we would like to entertain in the back yard I have a huge mound that will take a while to grow any grass much less settle. I would use them again but they have to give me better pricing.

"We’re very sorry that you feel this way about our services. Alan came to your home in the middle of a snow storm and secured your tree so no additional damage to your property would occur. We successfully completed your job as well as your neighbors, using a large crew to complete it on the same day. The only dispute is that you wanted your stump grindings removed at no additional charge. The fact is your neighbor paid $475 additional to have their stump grindings removed, the area top soiled, seeded and hayed. We offered you the same service at a discounted rate, but you declined. When the snow melted from your lawn, there was some saw dust left, we offered to remove it but you declined unless we removed the grindings at no charge. We are very sorry for your misunderstanding."
