Andy came on time in the 2-hour time frame scheduled;  He answered all my questions and requests(adding the 4th property cleaning last minute). worked hard to clean the vents that were extremely dirty ( due to terrible cleaning 2 years ago and improper drying w/o cleaning lints properly by some tenants), and worked  late hour( Friday 7PM ).  Will definitely will call them again for cleaning.

Living in a town home community, we are required to have our dryer vents cleaned out every two years.

I contacted ProClean through Angie's list after reading positive online reviews.

The company was prompt in getting back to me and scheduled a convenient appointment time.

On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and completed the service quickly.

While this service can be messy, they did not leave a spot of dirt in my laundry room. 

I am happy to recommend them and use them again in the future.

Very professional. Very reasonable price. Came on time but dryer was still not drying clothes after he left. I called back the company and they were very accommodating. They offer to come right back to clean the vent again.. Now this is what liked about this service, I offered to reschedule for next day because it was pouring rain and he came back after his last job of the day. The night was horrible but the service came back at 7pm. To fix the problem. Which by the way hedid. The dryer works perfectly. Thanks Proclean you have a great service and a new customer. Thumbs-up.

The man came on time. He cleaned the chimney extremely neatly.

It went very well and all the vents, returns are very clean. I am glad and thank for Andy's service at Proclean.

ProClean did a great j.ob.  Good communication. Thorough assessment of the condition of my unit.  Excellent cleaning service.

They did however clean in front of it. The price was fine. I would use them again.

The man that was sent to do the job wasn't very engaging and he had poor customer service. I was asking questions & he kind of just shrugged me off. My dryer was sitting on blocks & when he left the dryer was still on the blocks but it was unstable. I also gave him a tip & he didn't thank me or anything.

When I called the company, they said that the deal was not for unlimited vents in a 2 zone system -- even though the deal specifically said "unlimited vents." I won't be using this company in the future.
