He showed me outside of vent however did not show me inside of vent. I'm not sure exactly what he did in the 2 hours. He said he did the work so I trusted his word. After the provider left my home, the vents are not blowing properly. They were blowing properly before the provider arrived.

"We had a call from the customer one moth after the cleaning was done. Customer stated that two of the vents do not blow any air. We explained the customer that it should be related either to some disconnection between the vents or the main line to the furnace or the fan/motor just broke down. We suggested hiring HVAC company for inspection. Based on the customer complaint description it is obvious not that the AC motor broke down and in that case all vents were affected and none of them blew any air. It happened one month after the cleaning was completed and our company has nothing to do with this problem. We think it is unethical from customer side to request any refund when something happens one month after the visit of our technician."

It went pretty awesome.. they(Jay, John) came late hours to clean (after 8pm) even though they came after 8 they never looked like they were in a rush to finish the job. Finished the job, showed me the basic functions of the furnace. Even before they started the job explained everything in detail as to what all they are going to do.

horribly. had to call to schedule the appointment despite submitting my three date preference n the initial booking. finally confirm appointment for today at 5:pm. Called the office to confirm the appointment - no problem confirmed. At 5:50 pm , no one showed up. I then call to inquire what is going on. The owner "Dave answered the phone and indicated that they "may be there" . I naturally became frustrated as I had to [ay some one he be there. He was very rude and unprofessional and the hanged up . I called him back in shock and cancelled the appointment. Very unprofessional and abusive service..

"I believe this review was written in error about another company. First of all the customer refers to the owner as Dave, whereas my name is Rajay and I have always been the owner of this company. Second of all we did actually keep our appointment and did the work for him in August after the customer after the customer dealt with the previous company. Hopefully this review will be corrected as this does not accurately reflect upon his experience my company."

Jasur from ProClean showed up right at 2pm for 2pm appointment. Went over everything he was going to do. Was very patient even though our painter had pained all the return vent panels which made his job tough. Did a thorough Job. Will hire his services any time.

They were fine but the extent of the work they did, did not impress me. The were very professional, nice and courteous but the whole process took 5-10 minutes. I thought it was going to be more extensive. I spent only $68. I expectd them to remove the dryer and look behind it but they only blew out the vent. They were good for the service they provided. I called a couple of times and they called me back. They were on time and were there when they said they would. They should pay a little more detail on their work.

Jay arrived on time and was very friendly. He walked through the entire procedure step by step and explained the cleaning process. He did a great job cleaning the vents and removing all of the dust. I would recommend this service because it was affordable and they do great job.

Had all duct/vents cleaned in house including dryer vent jay was terrific he took the time to explain everything to me. He did a very thorough job and left nothing undone. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Jay !!!!

Jay arrived on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained my options and gave recommendations, but I didn't feel pressured to upgrade service options. When cleaning my air ducts they noticed issues with my heating and air conditioning. Jay was able to troubleshoot the air conditioner problem that day so I didn't have to call another service provider.

We had servicemen John and Ray, they were absolutely lovely, very thorough, very respectful and very knowledgeable on products, services, packages and maintenance. Our appointment was for between 5-7pm, they called us around 3:30 and let us know they were running very early and would be able to arrive within 15 minutes of their call. Our appointment was for dryer vent cleaning, and air vent and duct cleaning. Upon inspection and cleaning of dryer vent, John showed me where we had a hole in the dryer duct and he replaced it immediately with my approval. We weren't going to do the sanitization, but we decided to purchase it at the last minute, and the house smells lovely. Definitely worth the money. Packages bring prices down, which is always nice. They also provided certificate of dryer vent cleaning to give to our HOA. John told us they also do carpet cleaning, and had we been prepared, we would have also purchased that service today as well. We will definitely be returning customers and will also be asking for John and Ray again. Highly recommend these gentlemen, will be spreading the word.

Nodi arrived punctually and did a great job of vacuuming out the chimney flue. He also volunteered to check out the connection of my dryer vent hose as I mentioned it was not secure. He was agreeable and did not make a mess. This is someone who I would welcome in to my home and will definitely use his company in the future.

First and foremost, I would 100% use them again.  The price was a great value and I thought they acted very professionally when in my house.  Cons:  I thought the way they booked Angieslist appointments was a little odd.  Whereas there was confusion when I mentioned I already paid via the site.  Also, no phone/text reminder was given a day or two before they showed up. So I sort of forgot they were coming, but luckily I was working from home that day.  Only other feedback is they did not vacuum that great around the outside of the fireplace when done.
