Service was very good. Excellent clean out of fireplace - haven't seen it that clean in years. Also went above & beyond scope of work. found the dryer vent was disconnected - so he still cleaned it then reattached and taped it. Also found the flue in the fireplace to be broken; showed me how it was broken then he managed to fix it. Did not charge me extra for the repairs. Very tidy in cleaning up.

Showed up with no ladder, no paperwork. Did not provide any cover to prevent soot and dust getting into my room

didn't do was more like it. Hes helper was pregnant  so we (my wife and self) already felt uncomfortable having her do anything, their ENGLISH was very difficult to understand  all things were not done but who would argue with a pregnant woman as an assistant

He did a good job and cleaned it as promised. He was professional and on time. He finished the job very well.

Arrived slighlty late, but all else went well. Was careful to keep fireplace area clean during and after process. Overall satisfied with service.

The carpets looked cleaned but I had initially paid this money to get the troublesome spots treated. That did not happen. I should have been warned in advance that the provider is not responsible for removal of spots. Not a single spot was removed. You may well ask why I bought this plan, well just read the above raving reviews that I have cut and pasted and you will know why I fell for this service!

Thorough cleaning of event and laundry area.

The man who came to clean the dryer vent was very nice and was punctual.  I had an issue with there being a lot of lint in the basement after the work was done, but didn't realize this until 2 days after the work was completed, when I went downstairs to the basement.  The man from ProClean Cleaning Service stopped by last week to talk to me about the lint in the basement and said I should call the company to schedule an appointment to have him come back to connect the dryer vent hose in the basement.  He did offer to come back the night he originally stopped by, but it wasn't convenient for me.  I did call the ProClean Cleaning Service office last week to schedule an appointment, but haven't heard back from them yet.
I was happy the service man offered to come back to repair the dryer vent hose in our basement, but I was hoping to hear back from their office by now so we could set up an appointment.

Called ahead, showed up on time. Very professional, the technician was a class act. He immediately went to work. Put a vacuum system in the basement at the bottom of the ventilation system, then used a power air sprayer to clean out each vent. He also took the time to clean all of our air filters that were in hard to reach places. He would have replaced them but I did not have any replacement filters at the time, so he took the time to clean them. Unfortunately, at the time the technician was likely headed back to his home country. I hope the company has more people like him.

Procleaning services came within two days of our request to clean our dryer vent.
The rep did a very thorough cleaning. He also tried to clean up when he was done.

It went okay. I paid additional because it was like a few hours more. I wouldn't do it again because the guy spent like 5 minutes here and then just left. They were looking to get the smell out of the chimney and it didn't work. I think the chimney was clean already so it wasn't worth it. It's not that they did anything wrong, it just wasn't worth it for us.

ProClean Cleaning Services was prompt in calling to schedule an appointment, and they arrived at our home on time.
The job performed, which was cleaning the dryer vent seemed good.  I did have a few issues though.  I wish their License # had been printed on the receipt they gave me because our townhouse association requires the dryer vent be cleaned by a licensed company, so I had to go back and look up their license# on Angie's List.  
The other issue was our basement had a lot of lint on the floor and on things in the basement after they cleaned the dryer vent.  It took awhile to clean up after ProClean Cleaning Services left.

It turned out very well. They came out to clean my duct and they inspected my heating system as well.

Everything went perfectly.    The worker was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing as he went along and was finished quite quickly.

It went fine, but they charged extra for the stairs.

He showed up for the appointment.  He had no ladders with him.  He also did not cover the fireplace up before he brushed it out.  I had to give him my own ladder to get him on the roof.  He also did not pay attention to any cleanliness. 

The price was good but wasn't impressed with the professionalism of the girlfriend. 
Also the upsell was too much and annoying.
