When I purchased the duct cleaning I read the restrictions carefully to
be sure rooftop HVAC units were not excluded. When I scheduled the duct
cleaning I made it clear to the scheduler that the unit was on the roof,
that the roof was three stories high and accessed only by ladder. I was
told "No problem!". When the technician arrived he could not do the
work because it required a heavy machine that neede to be positioned
between the main trunk and the HVAC unit, and it could not be carried to
the roof. He promised we would receive a refund, and I hope to get it
soon. It was not the fault of the technician. This deal should not have
been offered to people with a rooftop unit a and certainly should not
have been scheduled!

They called and set up a convenient appointment.  The tech was very professional and responsive to our request regarding which ducts to clean.  It is difficult for us to tell how good the job is since we have not looked into the ducts again.

Arrived on time did work efficiently and left my house as clean as when they came.

Overall it was good.  They came on time, were courteous, and professional.  Originally I hired them to do the duct work through my house, but they also sprayed some chemicla to seal out the mold in the attic.

We were very satisfied with the experience.  The technician was on time, was careful to make sure the house remained clean and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets.  We would have no hesitation in hiring them again.

The technician came in, covered everything in the room so it wouldn't be messy and cleaned our ducts.

I used ProClean for my brother-in-law, it was a gift from our family.They did cleaning of the ducts, they cleaned two rooms of carpet, I also asked to clean my chimney and dryer vent. Everything went well, I'm satisfied with all of the services, now everything is nice and shiny

I suppose the work was okay. It is the first time I had any job of this nature performed. The company did not appear at the time and on the date specified. My wife wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them to appear. The job had to be rescheduled on a different date.

Good service and was quick. Professional attitude

Was assuming at least two guys would come in for this service, but only one came so I was worried it would take forever. Guy named Bic came in and did everything in about 3 hours and even added free chemicals to prevent mold and other dangerous dust issues. He was in and out without any problems. Would probably do again in another 4 years if I remember.

It went very well. The work was performed professionally and everything was returned back in its place after the cleanup was complete.

We were more than pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the servicemen.

The tech was very friendly and efficient...a great representative for the company!

Please see below for my experience.
- I originally had an appointment for service from 9-10.  The day before the service was scheduled, the company called to reschedule the appointment to11-1. 
- I called the company at 2:30 to see why no one had shown up and was told the service call was actually rescheduled for 1-3, but someone would definitely be there by 3. 
- I called at 4 and was told the technician was finishing up his appointment, which had taken longer than expected but he would be on his way in 10-20 minutes.
- I received a call from the company at 4:30 and was the same information I received 30 minutes earlier.  When I said I had just been told the same thing and obviously it was not true, I was assured this time the technician was definitely on his way.
- I received a call from the technician at 5:15 saying he was almost finished and would be on his way to me in about 10-20 minutes.  At this point I told him I was cancelling the appointment and was not interested in rescheduling. 
- At 5:30 I received a call from the company to reschedule my appointment.  I explained I was no longer interested in working with the company seeing as how I had waited all day and had taken time off of work for the appointment.  I was offered $10 off for the cleaning.  I repeated that I was no longer interested in doing business with this company.

    I purchased an advance duct cleaning service from ProClean.  Not sure of exact date but when service rep came out to do the cleaning he told me that I would have to increase the payment of the service to about $179 (can not remember the exact price but it had escalated from the original $79 that I had already paid).  The representative stated I had two many ducts and return vents to clean and that the return vents where not part of the package but could be done for a higher fee.   I stated  to the service man that unfortunately, I did not have any extra money at the time and he said call the company when I got the rest.  The service man took the cover off of the basement  furnace shaft and did not re install it.   Well my house is only approx 800 sq feet. and everyone knows that for every vent you have you have a return to circulate the heat/air.   I called the company later to remind them of the service still owned and that the advertisement did not express a certain amount of vents and ducts to be cleaned.   There response was to call them back when I was ready to pay the additional amount for full service and let them know a date and time to return at the new price.     FALSE ADVERTISEMENT....BATE AND SWITCH tactics.  Was not pleased and I believe that the person that came out did not note his records that the service was not performed.  I have not gotten the service done and they have my $79.00

The job took 1 hour for our 2 floors served by the furnace.

Kept their promises, called the night before to confirm, arrived on time, didn't take too long, worked quietly and efficiently. Technician was polite and explained what he'd be doing thoroughly. Showed me the result of his service.

He did a very quick job....in and out in minutes. He appeared to do much less than the professional I used before. I wonder if he did the whole job. He broke a knob off my dryer in the process and didn't say anything. I found the broken knob after he left. It is not a new dryer and the knob was for a buzzer...not a big deal, but I thought he should have at least told me he broke it off.

the work was never performed but you don't seem to be interested in knowing that point.you have too many requirements for the buyer

It was a very good experience. I had purchased the coupon from Angie's list a month back. I called them yesterday and was able to get the appointment schedule for yesterday itself. Quite pleased with the service.

It didn't go at all. Apparently I am required to put something in this space.

I bought a Big Deal from them for chimney cleaning.
