Andy came on time and started immediately to inspect the dryer located on our 2nd floor.  He then moved the dryer to get access to the vent and used a power tool with several extensions of brushes to clean the vent duct.  We also had a little leak causing some lint build up by the vent, he taped it. 
Then I asked about duct cleaning that was offered as a part of a coupon deal.  He explained what was to be done and what was covered by the coupon.  Unfortunately, ours has 2 returns and not having had this done previously, he would need to make a 4" hole by the return near the furnace for the suction pump.  He then used compressed air on each vent and return vents to push dirt into the suction pump. 
Both service took about 90 minutes and I was happy with the service. My only wish was that the dryer vent inspection would include inspection of the vent exit on the roof.

It went great! Andy and is coworker showed up on time and did a wonderful job. So nice and knowledgable as well! Definetly recommend this company again.

hired Proclean for cleaninig the Dryer vents and also the chimney. They did a fantastic job both times. Their price is also reasonable and they are very professional

technician showed up promptly,as promised. I am just finishing up on a major construction job on my house so had a lot of dust in house. In furnace room cement floor was opened up which spread a lot of dust throughout  house. I also had walls that were sheet rocked and attic insulation that had gotten around the house with various  rooms being opened up. Tech went through and was able to clean out the effected areas. I also had him check a/c coil and was told it was in good shape did not try to up sell me into having it cleaned. which was appreciated.

I called Proclean to make an  appointment, they were very easy to talk to and very accomendating to meet my needs. Jeremy of Proclean  services came right on time. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He  explained everything before starting the work. All the work was done in 2 hours. The price quote was very reasonable for the work done. He showed me before and after pictures of work done and the old filters. I am very pleased and would recommend this company and especially Jeremy. Thank you!!

They came in and they were clean and courteous. They did a good job cleaning the duct.  They were fast, efficient and professional.

No mess. Very polite.  Protected room from soot. Got to work immediately and gave a short to the point assessment of what was done and the condition of the chimney.

It went very well, the ducts were very dirty.  The technician, Jeremy was very polite and efficient and very clean. He cleaned up everything and left no mess. He is a credit to his company! I am very impressed! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The worker showed up on time and was nice and polite. The only problem was that I had paid for a vent cleaning package in advance, and he charged me $50 extra because he had to do something extra to get access to a vent. But it took like 30 seconds, and it seemed unfair to charge extra on a flat fee. Also, he tried to upsell me with some sort of organic spray throughout the vents. I did not pay for that.

They were late when they came first.  The problem with that also is that they blew out the dimes with a forced air which I don?t think is going to clean the whole duct.  The problem again is they don?t know what kind of procedure they have in their website.  When I called them up, the secretary said she does not know what procedure they do.  The problem is I already paid through Angie?s List so I just let them come over and do their stuff.  That was what they did with the dimes hoping that cleaned out the ducts well.  But I don?t believe in that technology or procedure.  I don?t know why they are selling that product or service.  I think it will only clean about two thirds or two feet of the duct but how about the rest.  I don?t believe in that procedure.  

Even though they were late, they came over and cleaned it out.  However, I  just don?t believe in the product or the service that they provided.   The cost is so expensive for that kind of service.  The receptionist was okay.  They did not call me for the schedule even though it was stated that they there that they will call me and I was the one who called them to schedule.  They were one hour late.

The Pre arranged Angie's prepaid price deal was more than the job would have cost a nonmember, Obviously the problem is Angie's list and not the company
