Lev arrived exactly on time as scheduled for the roof estimate appointment. He went on the roof and looked at the condition of the roof and did his measurements. Upon completion of the roof inspection, Lev gave simple and easy to understand information regarding the process of removing the old roof and putting on the new one. He went further in explaining the materials that would be used and the purpose of those components. Overall, I felt very comfortable with his explanations, professionalism, and flexibility. Due to my own scheduling complexities I as not able to use Lev at this time, but would absolutely do so in the future.

They did pretty good. I am happy with the service. They came out about a week after the purchase. I feel like they didn't try to exagerate anything with me and stated the facts. He told me I didn't need to replace the roof yet but just take good care of what you have.

Lev was very prompt in responding to my service purchase. He scheduled the service pretty quick and showed right on time, He certainly knows what he is doing. He really knows how to take care of roof as he used a foam pad to avoid direct contact with his shoes on the shingles to protect the grains. I hardly every seen anybody take such care! He fixed all the holes and cracks and fastened my loose gutter. Showed me pictures of my roof and made long term suggestions. The whole job was finished in 90 mins or less. Hwever, I thought I paid a little too much for 90 mins of work though. The service was supposed to cover any replacement of couple of flashings I believe which I didn't have to do. So in that case I paid a little too much. I think a fair price should have been $200 from my past experience. I don't recommend buying this package if you don't have any known leaks. I would rather have him come in for a free inspection and give you an estimate for preventative maintenance.

Lev and his crew were fantastic and the finished product is beautiful. Definitely going to hire again for gutter work later in the year. Highly recommended.

It was fine. There were no additional charge of top of the big deal. One person came out. He was on time and very cordial. I'm not sure if I'm going to use them again.

Lev the roofer was punctual, completed job on time. Had a crew of two other men. He was personable and precise. Kept us informed with pictures and any changes before he proceeded with the work. Very professional

eIt went well: he was punctual, had the required parts and equipment to fix the roof. When completed, he took pictures of the installation to show us. (His initial inspection of the roof, he took pictures to show what should be fixed) And it was completed within the time stated. He also cleaned the roof (gutters) while he was up there.

I contacted Lev after seeing his high recommendations on AngiesList. His proposal was reasonable in price, and he explained clearly all the work that will be done. The work started on time, it took a bit longer than expected, but that was due to the rain. Whatever additional work he had to do (replacing a few plywood sheets), Levs took pictures of the damaged old plywood and showed it to me. When he noticed a crack on my chimney, he put silicon grout on it for me and told me about it so that I can have it taken care of. I am happy with the quality of his work. I would use his service again as well as recommending his company to my friends. Henry

I used Lev's Construction to redo the roof on the commercial building. I had estimates from couple of other companies , but the price Lev's Comstruction gave me was competitive and I was able to stay within the budget . They are very professional and easy to deal with, they show up on time, do a wonderful job and leave the sight clean. I am glad I went with this company as I could not be happier with the job that they did on my building. I highly recommend them to other people.

Lev did an excellent job! He explained what options we had so we could make the right choice. He took care of the permits, managed the staff, cleaned up, and was done on time with quality and good price. The ultimate test came with Hurricane Sandy - not a shingle was lost and no more leaks. We highly recommend him!
