They were here for 4 days removing then replacing our current roof and skylights -- big job with many peaks and valleys. The owner, Lev, is on the job with his team. He is fully engaged, actively working and overseeing everything -- it is real value to have the owner and the guy who is guaranteeing the work to be there the entire time leading the effort. Their work is meticulous and everyday they would cleanup around the house to remove any debris -- other than their equipment remaining on site, you wouldn't know there were there after they left for the day. The conditions were windy and very cold for two of the days (even had some snow) -- not one negative word, but instead they were 100% professional and kept working the entire time. I hold the bar high on work done at my house and these guys exceeded it. I have already recommended them to our neighbors. I would not hesitate for one second recommending them as the go-to contractor for their roofing work.

Job well done. Gutters cleaned and tightened up. Added calking to areas prone to leaking. Fixed loose shingles. Provided full report on condition of roof as well as recommendations. Very timely and professional. Highly recommend!

I did not go with him and I did not feel he was professional. I was not confident he would do the job properly.

The job was done perfectly, on time, and as promised.. The workmanship with the roofing team was professional and done right. The workers did a fantastic job working non stop I was highly impressed.

There was some scheduling issue at first, but was resolved quickly by Natia who is very responsive via emails. On the day of the work, the crew arrived before time and did a great job covering the yard with tarp. Levani showed me a few places were there was damage to the wooden planks. He is patient and answers all questions. The crew is hardworking and diligent. Cleaned up very well after the job Overall very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work of Levani's team. Some tips for other angieslist users. - Try to schedule the project so that it is completed a day or two before a weekend. For us, the dumpster wasn't picked up until after the long weekend. Roofing nails would randomly show up on the driveway even a few weeks after the project was completed. I think rain is to blame. Be very careful on the driveway.

Once I realized I was dealing with a true professional, I felt safe to leave the job in his hands and relax. I was not disappointed. Levani and his team performed the work flawlessly. They did not rush the job, taking the time to do the job well. They kept their schedule, always showing up on time. Once the job was finished, the premises were cleaned up thoroughly. The neighbors who looked at the roofing job after it was completed were very impressed by the quality work.

It was pleasure to work with Levani and his team. I initially called him for a leak repair and he inspected the roof without a charge and gave me the right advice. he advised me to get the roofing material replaced as any repair work will not last long and may further damage the underlying deck. He answered all of my questions and was very open to discussions on the repair work.He never made a sales pitch or pushed me to get the roof replaced and was very honest in his suggestions. After looking around for deals I asked for a price quote and his price was the most competitive. Moreover I liked the way Levani and his wife handled the whole project, very professional. They took away all my worries and the whole process went without a hitch. They kept me updated on the project and reasons for any delays due to inclement weather. They are not one of those contractors who are out their to squeeze out every bit of the customer. I will definitely recommend Levs construction to all the readers on Angies list and will like them to have their own opinion about the company, you will not be disappointed, trust me. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. I wish I could get a contractor like him for any projects that I have on my property. They were excellent from start to finish!! They are true professionals, very fair price, very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new roof!

Levs Construction was terrific to work with. The crew arrived early each morning and made sure everything was just right before they left for the day. The house had an older section with tongue and groove decking another section with plywood. There had been leaks in the old section of the roof and the repairs were done reasonably and with expertise. Lev did not rush through the job instead he focused on making sure the project was completed in a meticulous and timely manner. They removed 6 old skylights and installed 6 new. Levs Construction was easy to communicate with via email and on the phone. They answered all the questions we had regarding the estimate, roofing materials, skylights, etc. We were comparing estimates and needed to ensure the entire job was covered. During the work we were kept informed about the progress and any questions we had were promptly answered. Levs Construction was reasonable and they did an excellent job.

Lev came to give us an estimate. Only one of us was here. Lev came back another day so that both of us could explain our needs and listen to his recommendations. The work took two days and was completed in a timely manner. Lev was very professional and very efficient in cleaning up after the project was completed.

The provider had sent the photos initially, but I never received them. The provider came back out, re-did the inspection and provided a thorough explanation of the problems.

Levani was very thorough and courteous during his visit/inspection of the roof. He offered an estimate for replacing, removing and building decking and roofing materials, GAF Weather Watch leak barriers around connections, the chimney, installing new flashing, etc., plus a 15 year workmanship warranty. He was easy to talk to and explained what he thought was potentially in need of correction, though not immediate. Gutters were not included/part of the replacement estimate, nor were any wood decking, permits, electrical. Ultimately, I received two other estimates which indicated that the roof still had some life yet (about 3-6 years) and being as we just moved in and had bathroom and kitchen renovations to do, we decided to wait on tackling the roof. And when we do, we'll be happy to call him back for an estimate once more.

It was great. He showed up when he said he would. Performed the service I paid for and did nor press me to do anything else.

Levani, who is the owner came to my house on time to estimate my roofing job, always a good sign when someone is punctual. He gave me an excellent price and completed the work as scheduled. I didn't have any issues at all. Everything was taken care of by Lev Construction. The job consisted of removing 10 skylights and putting on a complete new roof. They then provided me with a 50 warranty directly with GAF. the price was about $18,000.00 The job went so well I then asked for a quote on a second personal home of mine. Once again I was not disappointed. The cost for the second job was $6600.00. He will be doing a another job for me on another section of my roof. He pointed out issues I had with other sections of my roof and made his best effort to save me money and repairs some leaks but was unable to stop them. Levani and his wife who is his bookkeeper have be a pleasure to work with and I will continue to do so in the future.

Roof replacement project was performed very well as far as I can tell. Very professional, patient and accommodating contractor, pleasure to work with. No hidden charges or high pressure sell and only a modest deposit required before job completion. They did have a mishap of damaging ceiling, but this was fixed promptly and thoroughly. Job finished in a timely fashion and with a complete clean-up. Recommended!

The whole job went really smooth. Levani was very cooperative with everything, from scheduling the work, to finishing up the next morning. The only issue was the gutter covers. They could not be re-installed. Levani stated they were causing part of the problem, water/ice getting under the shingles. I have to buy and install new ones.
