He remoted in, cleaned up and deleted spyware, computer is running and we will definitely use him again.

I was very pleased with the work provided to me by Dave’s Computers. They were able to put in a less expensive, reconditioned piece and it's been working fine.

Did everything via remoting in. He spent about 45 minutes on my laptop and found a virus, and completed a few upgrades. He did a great job and my laptop is back to flying. :)

Everything has gone well.  I am writing this review on the rebuilt XP system.  Even though I love to tinker, breaking open laptops is a tricky operation.  I left that chore to Dave and have been satisfied with the results. The Lenovo systems have held up to the rigors of middle school.

My experience with them was good. He was pretty thorough and helped found some issues. He was very helpful, did a very good job, and knew his stuff. He did it over the phone. He just dialed into my computer. He was very proficient. Everything was advertised. I would definitely utilize him again. He was very responsive.

Dave was great.  This thorough tune up has significantly sped up my computer, and greatly reduced number of glitches and shut-downs.  The tune up was supposed to take an hour, but instead took about 10 hours over two days.  Regardless of the time, Dave was on top of it and made sure it was done properly.  Highly recommended, and a great bargain.

It went very well.  Dave actually contacted us on a Saturday (2 days early!) to see if we wanted him to work on it that afternoon.  My mom was available, so they were able to get the computer taken care of!  She was really appreciative of how helpful Dave was, and I haven't heard Dad complain about how slow the computer is since!

Dave is truly the wizrd behind the curtain! My wife's computer was a mess and despite having recently installed the most recent version of Norton, as we do every year. it was overrun by malware. In addition there were preloaded programs from the original purchase, toolbars and other "free" software that were causing a lot of issues.Dave handled most of the service remotely and it was so easy. We had one unusual problem where an older version of AOL could not be removed so my wife dropped it off at his shop and he had it all done within a few hours. It now runs better than new! I'm sure we will be using Dave again and we highly recommend his services.

My wife and I have gone to Dave quite a few times. He set up the website for our Florida condo rental business. Then he linked it with those of other related parties. Over time there have been changes in rules and requirements. Each time, he responded quickly and solved the problem.
 Recently he has helped with our aging desktop and laptop computers. We also had problems with changing MSN mail. Again he came through with the needed changes and upgrades.
Dave is easy to work with. He knows computers and software well. We can provide new hardware and can also fix older systems. His work has been done promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. We both highly recommend him.

Responses were very prompt. Walked me through what I needed to do on my end, and kept in constant contact letting me know what he was going to do next and asked it it was OK to do so. Gotta love that.

Dave was able to take over my computer remotely, installed software to debug, run the process and get back out in less than half an hour.  Amazing!
It seems everything is running faster now, like when the computer was new.  Almost makes me want to do work again!

I had spent hours trying to set up my new printer/copier on my own, to no avail. I remembered seeing this particular special deal and inquired if it included printer issue. The provider was amazing -- he got two laptops and two iPads networked in to my new 3-in one and was able to accomplish this from his computer at home/office. I could not be more pleased, and recommend this provider highly.

Dave fixed my computer and recommended and installed a free virus protection software.  He removed McAfee pop ups which came with the computer.  He re-installed my iTunes.

I purchased the deal at 7:30 am.  Dave emailed and was ready to help me in less than 45 minutes.  My computer was a mess and he was very patient helping me and getting things resolved.  He was thorough and efficient getting rid of the much malware, cookies, and viruses on my computer.  It was great having it done remotely and not having to leave my house.  A great experience, I highly recommend him.

I purchased this deal today and the response was immediate.  The repair was scheduled faster than I expected and was done via remote control between his business in New Jersey and my home in Texas.  He responded to my concerns, the process was effortless at my end....just sit at my computer while he did the scans and removed the malware from my very slow, very sick computer.  He answered all my questions and my computer is operating better than new.

DAVE RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRY REGARDING MY APPLE MINI  SERVICE REQUEST THE VERY SAME DAY I REQUESTED IT  SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY AND AS PROMISED, DAVE CALLED TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICE.
 ONCE THE SERVICE WAS STARTED, BASICALLY ALL I DID WAS SIT IN FRONT OF MY COMPUTER AND WATCH DAVE  CORRECT EVERY ISSUE I WAS HAVING.  I DIDN'T TIME IT, BUT IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR, IT WAS RUNNING LIKE  THE DAY I PURCHASED IT.  NO LAGS,  NO FREEZES, NONE OF THE " WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED  ? " ISSUES.
IN THE END, DAVE ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER ISSUES HE MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH.  I ASKED FOR  3 FAVORS THAT WITH A LITTLE EFFORT, I PROBABLY COULD HAVE CORRECTED BY MYSELF.  THEY WERE CORRECTED IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.  THEY WERE JUST DONE ( AND DONE CORRECTLY ).
I'VE PROBABLY HAD SERVICE PERFORMED TO MY COMPUTER'S 5 OR 6 TIMES IN THE PAST.  ALL WITH A VARIABLE DEGREE OF SUCESS, AND FOR A GREAT DEAL MORE COSTS.  I'M SO IMPRESSED WITH DAVE'S COMPUTER SERVICE THAT I'M  WRITING THIS REVIEW FOR ALL YOU THAT CARE TO READ IT.  IT'S MY FIRST REVIEW.  EVER !
I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW IMPRESSED I AM WITH DAVE'S SERVICE.  IT'S SO NICE TO SIT DOWN TO MY COMPUTER AND HAVE IT OPERATE BLAZING FAST AND WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES.

When I couldn't find things, or got confused about anything, he was always prompt with answers and never lost patience.  He's even gone out of his way to help me navigate my new I Pad, even though I didn't get it through him.  He's just a very nice guy who seems to delight in his work!

I felt the price charge is little bit high but there was no alternative other than doing it your self. the part it self costs $20.

This gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had received a quote from the Geek Squad who said I would have to purchase a new screen, this would be very expensive and it would be in my best interest to purchase a new computer, especially since mine is about 7 yrs old. I explained this to Dave and he calmly said he did not think I needed a new screen, asked my permission to remove the screen and look at it, he found a small inexpensive part that needed to be replaced. He completed the work promptly and at a very fair price. He also spent about another 1/2 hr. with me trying to remove a program I had downloaded which I found to be not a reliable source and I could not delete it. It took awhile to get rid of it, for it was well hidden! Nevertheless, he deleted the program and charged a very small fee for his time.
This young man is worth his weight in gold; professional, knowledgeable - a great find.
