We got our roof and partial gutters replaced by Home Genius and everything turned out wonderful. Everyone I was communicating with was knowledgeable and professional. Huge shout out to the crew who were working very very hard, chuck the project manager for my roof, and finally Taylor the project manager for my gutter replacement. My husband and I are very satisfied with our home now that these guys came out and brought it back to life aesthetically.

Every one that handled the project for my roof was very professional especially Briana and Casey.

The crew and project manager assigned to our project were all awesome, Taylor was easy to access, very accomodating, very professional and the crew’s work was great , very clean and neat. i will recommend them for sure!. I will definitely make more changes with them everything came out better then expected!

Home genius exteriors, I have not one bad thing to say about them. They are reasonably priced if not probably the best out of everyone else out there. Working with them, they are professional and courteous, and most of all they very communicative. 100% highly recommend

The team did an outstanding job replacing our roof. I never saw anyone work so hard. They were very efficient and, most important, they were respectful of our property.

We had the house (a 3 story colonial) painted in April '20 during lock-down. I had contacted about 10 other companies and the quotes were all over the map - one company wanted to only paint the front and power wash the other three sides - one flat out refused to do the trim...it was crazy and stressful. HOME GENIUS quoted the best price by a long shot for the entire job top to bottom with all the architectural details. The virtual estimate process went smoothly, and Home Genius contracted with a painting company that works in our area - FIVE BROTHERS - and they did a great job. They are young guys who are clearly motivated and work hard with a good attention to detail. The job took a bit longer than planned as we were hit with the severe cold snap and some bad storms that week but they saw it through, starting early, working late until the job was done. The crew foreman, Sean, and his brother Matt (who runs the business side) were incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns - we decided to add a paint color mid-job and this was no problem at all (we were ready to pay extra for the change, but it turned out we didn't need to). There were some wall sections on a porch that had to be repainted due to the bad weather and they took care of it without any trouble. The Five Brothers are very professional and do solid, honest work - I would hire them again. And when it comes time to do another big job on the house I will not waste time trying to sort out the contracting myself - that's a nightmare (or maybe I'm just terrible at it!) - but I'll go to Home Genius first to see if they can help sort it out for me.

Market value on our house is sky-rocketing. We are looking into our options to sell instead of upgrading our home. If anything changes we will definitely be in touch with Jonathon. He was a pleasure to work with. He is very honest and down to earth. We like that. We will be recommending your company to anyone we hear talking about upgrading their home for sure. Thank you.
