Left messages on voicemail and via Angie's List scheduling and nothing.  Called 2 other guys,  one who answered the phone and the other called back in 30 minutes.  I have no use for contractors who fail to call you back

Bob on the phone could not have been nicer or more responsive. After discovering that the main duct had detached from the basement ceiling and realizing it was not a quick fix or DIY job, I called Franklin. Bob was able to locate a tech and have the problem fixed within 3 hours. Considering the weather and that I have seniors in the house, I was most grateful for his friendly, comprehensive and speedy handling of the situation.

We solicited several bids to replace our old dual  furnaces and air-conditioner units.  Although Franklin Utilities was not the lowest, we were absolutely convinced that they delivered the best value and price for the job.   Franklin Air replaced them in two days, and they did a fantastic job.  Their services were invaluable, and we are extremely pleased with the result and the cost. The installers were on time and very professional.

The installation went smoothly and I had heat on again. Both technicians were professional, couteous and respectful. I always receive good service from Franklin Utilities. From now on, I will use their services.

Once it started getting chilly outside I called for an appointment to get the regular furnace service for the season.  Later that evening  I  tried to turn on the system but it would not start.   At just that time they called to scheduled an appointment;  they walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the problem and got the furnace going.  We scheduled an emergency appointment for the next day in case there were more problems (there were none and I cancelled that appointment) and a regular service appointment a week later.  They installed the heating and AC system back in 2004 and have been servicing it ever since.

I've used them for many years and they are a local company. They will come out right away if you have a problem. I will continue to use them in the future.

The people were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy.  I wish they did everything from A to Z because I would use them for everything, if I could.  They took pride in their work and it showed.

They promptly visited our house to provide a free assessment and estimate. They explained our options and the pros and cons of various systems (didn't just try to sell the most expensive model). They were able to do the installation the day after we accepted their offer, and it only took a little more than one work day from start to finish. The contractors were knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and courteous. They left our house cleaner than when they found it. We are very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

WE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME ON TIME. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WE WILL PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY GAVE US A FREE QUOTE AND THEY DID STAY WITHIN IT. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
