Rock Solid Home Inspections takes great pride in the customer service we provide. Every house has a story to tell...It's my job to bring my unique perspective when inspecting your home and share that story with you. Throughout my career I've been a licensed real estate agent, a full time real estate investor, a registered builder and a licensed home improvement contractor. I've been on both sides of the real estate transactions many times as a buyer, seller and agent. I've also owned my own home for over twenty years. I know first hand the blessings and challenges of home ownership and I'm ready to put my personal and professional skills to work for you

Complete Home Inspection
Joe recently inspected a house for us in Fairmount Philadelphia. He was very professional and did a great job. Extremely thorough in his findings, The report was very clear. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Made stuff up as he went along. Some of the stuff Needs new roof. Roof was 9 years old Needs water heater 8 years old Pipes not bonded ( you can't bond pex ) He writes I suspect there to be a underground oil tank even though I was unable to find one due to the age of the house. House always has had Natural Gas.

Great experience! Everything was thorough and honest. I was comfortable asking questions and the answers were in lament terms so I could understand. The follow-up paperwork was detailed with pictures. This is my first home so I wasn`t sure what to expect. I`m glad I went with Rocksolid!

We highly recommend Rock Solid Home Inspections if you are thinking about purchasing a home. Joe was quick to call before the service was performed and just as available after the fact, which was very important to us. He patiently answered all of our concerns about purchasing an older home with regard to roof issues, possible mold growth, foundation problems, HVAC units etc. His extensive construction background really made us comfortable with the answers and solutions he provided. We would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to all of our friends and family.
