Specialized Air Duct Care

Owner Bill Russell returned my call on the same day I had left a message and was very flexible in scheduling an appt.  He came out within the next two days and was very thorough in the cleaning of our dryer vent.  He double checked all his work and offered to stand by his work should we have any problems.  Th dryer is working great and I would definitely hire him again.

They arrived at the agreed upon date and time, and performed their work in a professional manner.  After cleaning the air ducts, they replaced the furniture in its original position.  They added a screen to the outside of the dryer vent, to keep birds from entering, at no extra cost.  Their work was much neater and cleaner than that of companies we have employed in the past.  As a result of their work, we are no longer chasing "dust bunnies" around our hardwood floors, the furniture doesn't collect dust immediately after being dusted, and the clothes are drying much faster than previously.  I would recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of work done.

First of all, the gentleman who owns this company spoke with me and arranged to do the work within the next few days. He and his assistant came right on time, well prepared and spent three hours cleaning vents throughout. (I have a small condo, they really cleaned the vents).

They were very neat, very detailed, cleaned up after themselves, inside and out. Having this done is a safety issue, but he also informed me that it was an energy issue. With the Dryer vents cleaned out, things in my dryer should dry faster.

I dreaded having this done because I thought that the equipment would ruin my floors, or they would leave the grates hanging from the ceilings (prior company). These guys left nothing but clean air in their wake. I would absolutely recommend them, especially if you live in a condo. The equipment was very do-able.

Russell showed up on time and was professional. He got the job done and the price was exactly as he quoted us. He gave us recommendations on how often to get the vents cleaned to maintain them. I would highly recommend using their service.

I contacted Breath EZ after reading several of the positive reviews to clean our ducts and dryer vent.  I spoke with Ed on the phone and he had several questions about the number of rooms, levels, and age of our home.  He then explained in detail what his services would cover and that he would send me a quote that evening.  Sure enough I received the quote that evening and scheduled an appointment for the following week.  Ed showed up promptly at 9 AM and we toured the house.  He again explained what he was going to do and how he would move through the house.  we used drop cloths for each of the rooms as he worked.  He was at our house until 3:00 PM.  I found Ed to be very professional and personable.  I feel that we received quality service for a reasonable price and I would recommend him without hesitation.  

Ed did a great job cleaning all of the ductwork in our house.  He was punctual, polite, and very thorough.   It was refreshing to see his enthusiasm for doing a great job.  Several times during the cleaning, he approached to show both before/after pictures of the duct he just cleaned, and he showed me many objects/debris cleaned out of the ducts.  He left the house cleaner than when he got there, and the price was very competitive with other quotes.

He was courteous and kindly. He explained each step of what he was doing to me. He showed me before and after pictures of the work. He was one of the best I have ever dealt with. He was friendly and very concerned. He also did little extras such as fixing things. He cleaned up after himself. He was upfront and told me what exactly it would cost, and his price was reasonable.

I looked into having our ducts and returns cleaned since it had been approx. 5 years since the last cleaning and we are having a new heating and A/C system installed this spring. Since I have used Angie's in the past with excellent success I logged in and started to search on duct cleaning services. Breathe EZ was the first on the list and was within 3 miles of my home. I contacted them by email and received a response within 24 hours. I set up an appointment for an estimate and the rest as they say was history. I was impressed with his professional manner and response to our questions. We set up a time and date for the service. He did call and needed to reschedule, which was no problem.

The entire experience from requesting an estimate to job completion was done in a timely and professional manner. I received the estimate via email less than 24 hours after Ed's visit to my house. He promptly notified me about any new information that would effect his availability and cost (the cost actually went down). He installed a humidifier that I provided that was missing some electrical wiring and tubing. Ed supplied this material at no cost. I would strongly recommend Ed.

I requested a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The ducts of my 2 story townhouse were cleaned. Ed removed all grates and used the rotary brush/vacuum tool on all. He began downstairs and methodically worked his way upstairs ending in the utility room at the central heating unit. He then cleaned the output and return areas of the unit itself. Periodically throughout he stopped to show me the debris that had collected in various vent locations and for the areas that I couldn't see directly he took photos and showed me before and after images. Finally he went to clean the dryer vent as I asked and informed me that the vent did not need cleaning at all. It did however have a significant gap where the vent hose goes into the wall receptacle. This gap allowed dryer dust to escape over the two years that we've had this house accumulating a great deal between the washer/dryer and the wall. He corrected the problem for me by sealing up that gap and cleaned the area behind the two units. Ed cleaned up behind himself, was polite and personable, left me with a total bill of less than I expected (as he did not charge for the dryer vent cleaning) and completed the job in roughly the time that he expected to. I will certainly use his company again. As services go, a very pleasant experience!
