We used a coupon from Angie's List. Had some initial problems getting in touch with them because they said there was a problem getting communications from this website but once we got the appointment scheduled went very smoothly. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Russ did a great job, no muss, no fuss.  Professional and easy to work with.  I'll call him again the next time ducts or vents need cleaning.

Be patient with regard to scheduling on a prepaid Angies List deal. Outside of that, he showed up, cleaned the vent, cleaned up after himself, and made recommendations to make sure the dryer operates optimally in the future. Nice guy and would use him again.

Russ checked the ducts and the dryer vent and determined that I did not need any cleaning done at this time.  He took pictures of some of my home ducts and showed me how they compare to other customers' ducts that did require cleaning.  I was very thankful for his honesty.  He did not charge me for this assessment perhaps because  I was a customer in the past.  I was very satisfied with his professionalism, punctuality, and honesty!

I found him on Angie's List. It was over $100, but they did the whole house. I didn't like the job they did for me. Their equipment was kind of broken, and the vacuum cleaner itself was in bad shape. There isn't any improvement, but since they did the job I didn't say anything.

It went really well. He arrived a bit early and waited for me to return home as I was out for a quick errand. He came in, looked at the dryer, turned it on and proceeded outside to vents and cleaned them out in no time at all.  It was one of the best dryer vent cleanings I have ever had; and, I get mine done every year.

My ducts hadn't been cleaned for a long time and they were very clogged but Breath EZ would not leave until they were completely cleared. Now my dryer dries a load of laundry in about 1/3 of the time it used to take. I am very satisfied

I was highly pleased with the work performed by Russ and his employees.  He was on-time, explained all of the work that he would be performing,  and was very thorough.  He talked me out of some service that he didn't think I needed and was honest.  I highly recommend.

It went very well. Business owner did the work along with an assistant. Very personable and professional business owner. They did a very thorough job and stayed for a considerable amount of time. We would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this type of service.

Only issue I have is he tracked some dirt on my carpeted steps. No biggie it cleaned up and it was raining outside. I don't think he realized it.
