I cannot say enough about the owners and the workers. The owner explained everything in detail to make me feel comfortable with the work he was going to do and at what cost. I had an extremely bad experience with another water proofing company. Owner assured me that his recommendations were adequate to solve the problem. Would absolutely use them again in the future. Fabulous work and customer service at the affordable price.

After heavy rain on a Sunday, we awoke Monday morning with water in our basement, I called Desert Dry to see when they could come out and look at our basement. Staci called Ted to see if he could stop by that day. Ted fit us in his busy schedule and came out that day. Honest reasonable price, we hired them to do job. They came out on Sunday (Fathers Day) to complete job before next rain fall. They cleaned up after job was complete very friendly, polite from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ted and his crew.

Ted was very thorough in explaining what would be done, he and his crew were very professional throughout the job, and they arrived and left when they said they would. I am very hands-on concerning work on my house, and he made sure I understood exactly what was being done, and that I was satisfied before he left. Considering the kind of work that was done, I was surprised at how little mess was made. Kudos Ted!

Ted was very friendly. He answered all of our questions. He did't try to oversell the job that needed to be done, to fix our leaking foundation wall. Ted and the other workers showed up on time and were courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner, and cleaned up after completion.

What an incredible experience from start to finish. Ted the owner came out for a free estimate and explained everything very well. He knew what would work best for the issue I was having in the basement and showed me other problems that could be repaired as well. Not knowing how much Waterproofing a basement cost I got a second estimate and Desert Dry was close to $2,000 cheaper. Desert Dry also, disconnects, moves and covers everything in the basement before working. Ted and crew worked very hard to waterproof the entire basement in a timely matter. They also reconnect everything and did a great job cleaning up once finished. Very satisfied with the work performed and I highly recommend Desert Dry.

Ted is awesome! He knows exactly what to do to solve your specific waterproofing issue. He is patient, explains everything in layman terms and shows a diagram of what you are getting. Company provided full service of waterproofing. Sump pump and French drainage system installed. This additional project included optional mold remediation/prevention, which I accepted. They waterproof and sanitized start of mold to prevent it from taking hold and causing this to become a future issue. Timely, professional, punctual and customer service oriented. Did not just have a plan of action, but educated consumer on all aspects of the job beforehand and updated me as progress was made. Both jobs completed ahead of schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
