DESCRIPTION OF WORK
All Star Residential General Contractors came highly recommended to me, as I needed to have my entire bedroom floor replaced, including all the joists. During the assessment meeting with the manager (Bill Embley), informed me in detail, what needed to be done and why. Seeing the urgent and critical nature of the project, Bill made adjustments to his work schedule to fit the job in.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We recently purchased a manufactured home and needed certain replacements and modifications made to 2 bathrooms. Finding someone to perform these modifications was harder than we anticipated. Most of the contractors who assessed the work, indicated that because the working spaces were that of a manufactured home, our design options would be limited. Most emphasized why they couldn't do the work, rather than provide creative alternative design strategies. Finally we found a contractor (All Star Residential General Contractors) who had innovative solutions to our renovation needs. All Star's owner, Bill Embley approached the bathroom projects as a challenge rather than a nuisance. He and his crew Cisco and Derek worked together to solve any design obstacles. One such obstacle was the installation of an extra-large bathtub not intended for a manufactured home. All Star was able to make custom modification to the tub’s support foundation, that allowed it to fit beautifully in a space that other contractors said was impossible. The All Star team was very polite and respectful and were a pleasure to be around. Bill the owner was there every day to ensure proper design execution. He also included extras at no additional costs. The entire team seemed trust worthy and delivered excellent results, which were far beyond our expectations. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and at the fair price we paid for the work. We recommend using All Star Residential General Contractors, as we would not hesitate hiring again. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
They built a shed - no problems so I contracted with them to build a new bathroom in my basement and install a new vanity, toilet and retile my master bath. It was an awful experience. From calling me last minute to say I needed to have my tile picked because they were starting the next day to bringing a vanity that was a floor model from a vendor that didn't meet the specs of what I gave him when I booked the job - then telling me I had to pay for the modifications made. The new counter top was scratched when it was installed and he wouldn't address the issue - I had to call the manufacturer directly. What the owner told me contradicted what the workers told me. A project that was supposed to take 3 weeks took more than three months. It was a nightmare working with the contractor and I would warn anyone considering him or any of the many names he goes by to find someone else to do the work.
