The glazing did not fix the problem but he did come back to do another job. He did keep his word about returning if the first time didn't work. I think he is sincere and kept his word. He and his helper were both very professional.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. HE DID WHAT HE CAME TO DO AND GOT IT DONE QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE OF OUR CHIMNEY. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN BECAUSE HE DID EVERYTHING RIGHT THE FIRST TIME HE WAS HERE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS, SO WHEN MY CHIMNEY NEEDED WORK, I CALLED THEM UP. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND CAME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY HAD TO DO A LOT OF THINGS AND THEY CLEANED IT UP WELL.
