His team is amazing! What I really appreciate about Falletta Masonry is that they don?t waste time. If the weather allows them to work, they will come do the work. Weather conditions and city permits aside, which they have no control over, they came and banged it out in 5 full working days. It?s not as though they rushed. On the contrary, it was because they performed like a very well oiled machine. I was able to work from home and once in a while I stepped out to check on the progress. It was clear that everyone on the team had a responsibility and they each did it very well. That?s how they were able to work so efficiently and not sacrifice quality.
Another thing I appreciated was at the end of every day, the team would take the time to clean up the area and clean the sidewalks. This is such a small but important gesture that keeps us in good standings with our neighbors. How many companies will take the time to do this?
We are very pleased with the end result. We?ve received nothing but compliments from our neighbors. All the credit goes to Anthony and his team who worked so hard, paid attention to details and made it so effortless for us. They are my go-to guys for future masonry projects.
Good professional job. Arrived on time and finished in a reasonable timeframe. They completed what we contracted for with no surprises. Anthony did a good job and I would use him again and refer to my friends and neighbors.
His estimate to repair the front steps was about double my lowest price. He told me for a little more he would redo the strps from scratch and it would look much better. Then he said it did not include reinstalling the railing, telling me that no masons do that
For the record, John Sortino did a great job for much less and he came back later and installed the railing as part of the price.
"When you called me for an estimate you were told I am booking 4 weeks out for appointments....You had the choice not to wait. I showed up on the scheduled day and time and gave you my price and opinion on the job. If you found the price to be high that's ok, there is always someone cheaper to use just as there is always someone higher in price and quality. My company specifically does not reinstall railings being they can not be drilled in until 2 weeks after completion of steps, but we do give you the option to use the railing company we do work with. I just don't see where it is ok to grade someone a "D" due to the price being out of your budget. You called and scheduled...... I showed up and that's what should matter."
I have called several times and left many voicemails but he has never called me back. I cannot get ahold of him to come out.
By nature most people consider me a Type "A" perfectionist. I don't have a problem with that. That being said, I was truly impressed by Anthony Falletta and his masonry crew.
Anthony came by to inspect the chimney and provide a quote for the work needed. A date was set for the repair; two of Anthony's employees came promptly in the morning, introduced themselves and immediately went up to survey the work needed to be done on the chimney. Upon their review they were on the phone with Anthony and were given the go ahead to get the job done. They worked as a team and fixed the chimney quite detailed and quickly. They were professional and left the area around the chimney very clean.
After inspection by me of their work, there is no question that I will be recommending Anthony Falletta Masonry to my neighbors and to anyone needing masonry work. The chimney looks great!
Anthony is a straight up guy and well worth anyone's time contacting him for masonry needed.
Our new brick steps and garden wall look very professional. The work was performed meticulously and quality materials were used. The workers were very polite and pleasant to deal with. They went the extra mile in replanting some bushes and reconnecting a drain pipe at no extra charge. The workers were on time every day and worked all day long.
Anthony Falletta appeared to be interested in pleasing us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions.
Anthony also gave us advice on how to further enhance our house front with matching bricks and we are considering following his recommendations in the near future.
Bottom Line: He was interested in quality and making sure that we were happy with the finished product.
Work was done neatly and cleanup was performed completely.
Would definitely recommend this company. Will be contacting for additional masonry work in the future.
