Falletta Masonry

Anthony was prompt to take a trip to my house to look at the work I needed completed and he ended giving estimates to both me as well as my neighbor who also needed some masonry work done.  Falletta Masonry is a busy company because of the quality work that they perform, so Anthony put me on the schedule with the warning that it would be a few months out before they could start the job.  Anthony worked with me to provide ideas and samples of stone options and made recommendations based on his experience.  It did take the forewarned few months, but they started the work on both my neighbor's an my house together and then it went quickly.  A good number of workers came each day and the work was completed within a matter of a few weeks.  The workers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves each day.  The work that was completed was beautiful.  I went from having a tired looking front of the house to gorgeous stone work that makes the house stand out in the neighborhood as well as an updated fireplace that is a centerpiece for the living room .  I would recommend Falletta Masonry and I will be using them again based on their quality of work and efficiency in completing a job once started.

The service provided was excellent. I highly recommend them and would use them again. I worked with Anthony. He was professional and did what he said he was going to do. He actually did extra work. He painted the posts for me which i really appreciated. The work was completed promptly. I'm a fairly picky person and I thought the job they did was excellent. I did not provide a rating as to price because I did not have time to shop around and compare prices. I am very busy and needed to get the job done right away which is what they did. I am completely satisfied with their work.

UPDATE: Anthony called me Sunday morning the day after my first post requesting a refund of my scheduling deposit.  Unfortunately, Anthony was behind in schedule and that is what caused the delay in my work being done.  Anthony offered to do the work right away but I declined and asked for a refund.  Anthony was very understanding and I received my refund that week on Thursday.  Anthony was very professional and understanding which is a rare thing these days.

Work completed 12/4/15 . Once you receive  commitment Falletta Masonry finishes job and does work as stated in contract.. I found the tricky part is getting a start date and communication. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the job.

It was great and we highly recommend this contractor, Falletta Masonry. Almost all of our contact was directly with the owner, Anthony, including the initial estimate, the first phase of the work, and then the rest. They are busy so you don't always reach them by phone right away, but if you leave a message, they return it the same day. The price was reasonable given the scope of the work and the size of our driveway and patio and sidewalk. We had expressed interest in completing this project before the weather got much colder, and that is what happened. They know what they're doing and each job is custom. Each time they did work, they sent a work crew of the appropriate size and skills.

I would very highly recommend Falletta Masonry for any Masonry/Contracting work you may need. His company rebuilt my chimney when I was in a difficult situation with another company. I believe it took character to take the job on at all in the circumstances he did. In fact, the town building manager told me he seemed like a very caring contractor  when he applied for the permit.

Yes, you may have to wait longer  for his services as other reviewers noted, depending on when you book your work. I know I did. But it is well worth the wait. That is because  in my experience Mr. Falletta himself was a very trustworthy, knowledgeable  and professional contractor. He went out of his way to help by giving me some very practical advice on the situation and then cleaning up after the last contractor.  This help was unsolicited by me and provided at  no charge.

But the bottom line of any job is the quality of  the work that was done. Mr. Falletta and his crew are busy for a reason. The workmanship was excellent, just excellent. He obviously takes pride in his work, and his company.  He did more than was required to ensure the quality of the chimney he built. Aesthetically, the chimney looks great, really nice, so much better than the original one. I'm kind of proud of it myself! I don't want to end before saying that his work staff members were  also very  neat, organized and professional as well.

I will  absolutely use Mr. Falletta and his crew again.

The work went well, I first found Falletta Masonry when I was in the process of purchasing my current home.  The inspector noticed several cracks in the sidewalk, cracks in the foundation of the basement entrance and a fracture on the brick wall on my garage.  Mr. Falletta took the time to stop by on a whim during the home inspection and evaluated the damage for no charge.  Once I purchased the home I then employed Falletta to make the necessary repairs.  As a courtesy, Mr. Falletta offered to do other minor repairs at no extra charge. 
I have read other reviews regarding Falletta's reputation for not returning phone calls but I didn't have an issue.  One of the crew-members (Danny) was very friendly, answered several questions regarding my concerns and put my mind at ease.  I will be calling Mr. Falletta in the spring to make additional repairs.  In the end, I was very pleased.

Arrived on time and was very professional.  Provided good insight into IF work was needed and what may make better sense for me.  Appreciated the professional opinion that I may not need the work done!
Would use in future for my paving needs.

Anthony and his crew did a great job.  The work was well done and they definitely worked hard to be sure everything was clean when the job was complete.  Anthony followed up with me to be sure I was happy with everything.

Work was completed as agreed. I thought &900 was a lot of money for less than two hours of labor with one man.

The owner came to provide the estimate and stone samples.  He was on time and made sure not to dirty our space.  Then dropped off additional samples for us (at our home) when we decided against all the original ones he left.  Ultimately we decided on a stone that was not one of the products he provided samples on, and yet, he did not have a problem locating and picking this up for our project.  The project would take two days.  Both days they showed up when they said they would and worked hard through the day. They followed all special instructions and did a wonderful job.  The contractor I had updating the room was very impressed with their work and has use Faletta on other projects.  They cleaned up after the job.  We were very happy with the final product.

The end result is wonderful, very nice workmanship.  I guess with a great mason, it's worthwhile to wait a few months when Anthony could finally squeeze your project into his calendar.

We are extremely happy with our new front steps that Anthony's team completed in 1 day.  They were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job in a short period time.  The only issue we had was Anthony is such high demand that it took several months to get the work scheduled.  We knew he was the right person though based on his no nonsense approach, fair estimate, and good reviews on AL.  We couldn't be happier and would recommend him to anyone looking to do similar jobs.  He was a pleasure to work with.

Anthony was very responsive and was willing to make adjustments in his schedule to accommodate the urgency of this inspection.  Very professional and knew exactly what we were looking for.  I would definitely seek to use him when we finally close on the house.

Anthony Falletta does really great work, and I'd recommend him to others.  He normally works with Cambridge pavers, but was willing to switch to Belgard pavers at our request.  I feel his pricing is fair.  My experience with other contractors is that they low bid, and then nickle and dime you for every request.  Anthony stuck to his price despite our small changes.  The only downside to using Falletta is what comes with using a popular mason.  He's a really busy guy, and he's juggling a lot of jobs.  But it's worth getting in line to get the good quality work.

Numerous texts through Angie's List and personal with phone calls to office has not resulted in a visit. Sent a photo of repair to be done as requested and no follow up.
