They are just awesome! I wanted new kitchen counters, didn?t want marble or granite or anything fancy. I wanted Formica, which most companies don?t offer anymore. Frank came out several times and even helped me pick out the color. Every time he came he measured, which I thought was really efficient. His brother-in-law, Patrick, single-handedly did the work, and it turned out absolutely perfect. They are very emphatic about if I needed anything to get back to them so they could fix it.

Very unprofessional. They came to look over our bathroom to give us an estimate which they never sent. This to me is very unprofessional. I had told them that our bathroom project was small. If they felt the project was too small once they saw the room, they should have said something to us whether by phone or mail and I would have understood. To never say anything was not acceptable and to never send an estimate was just as bad. As a result, I will never contact them again for a larger job.

They were very professional, very timely, and reasonable on the price quote they gave. I'm very happy with my new kitchen.

The workers were relatively on time however, it was not the same workers all the time. Which caused some problems, such as they did not know where the other people had left off.

Also, after tiling the backsplash, they did not screw the outlets back into the wall and tiled over one of the holes to screw it in. In addition, they broke a candle, candlestick holder and 3 towels went missing. Would I use them in the future? Maybe!

Economy Kitchens and Baths installed the kitchen cabinets that we purchased from them.  The selection was plentiful and of good quality.  Sue, our designer/sales consultant, was extremely helpful in laying out the design and color selection.  The installers were polite, neat, and extremely skilled carpenters.  The stone fabricator that the company works with has a vast selection-- happily we did not have to go there, because Economy Kitchen provided us with a complete array of quartz samples from various manufacturers.  We love one stop shopping. Jay, one of the proprietors, was very helpful with scheduling the work to be done in a timely fashion.
We are delighted with the result and loving our new kitchen!  As a matter of fact, the town inspector, remarked that he inspects at least three kitchens a week and that our kitchen was a particularly well done job.  We wholehearted recommend Economy Kitchens and Baths!

We contacted Economy Kitchen and Bath (EKB) last year and they presented us with a very sound proposal at a reasonable price.  The deciding factor in going with EKB, vs. another company, was that some friends had just used them and were very satisfied with the work done.

Tom Bak met with us and drew up a detailed project plan.  It called for 12 days of actual work time, including demolition, but because of holidays and our vacation, we agreed to stretch the project over 2 months.  Tom was flexible in working around our schedule.  Pat had the lead and did an excellent job on the tile work.  I like the fact they didn?t take any short cuts in their work ? or at least I didn?t see any.   For example, they had to do some additional steps to install an electrical junction box to comply with Code.  They were very upfront about what they were doing and why.

The project was completed on schedule, with no surprises or added cost.  Throughout the project, Tom kept us informed of what was going on, and responded on a timely basis to my e-mail questions.

The quality of the remodeling work was excellent.  I feel very good about the final product.

They were excellent. I went in there and there were so many choices to select. I pointed to one and asked if he could do that in my bathroom and he said yes. I told him that was what I was picking right there and not to give me any other choices because I would be there for 10 years. It is beautiful. I don’t know what the price was. My husband does the bills and I don’t even see them. The quality was excellent and we have had no problems with it at all. Everything worked and nothing was retouched or redone and called back or anything. It was totally excellent. They were right on top for me. Every time I called with a question or if the guy had a question for us, like on dimensions or whatever they were working on, they didn’t even have to leave the facility. They could get anything because they had everything with them. The guy was great. He was funny and energetic. He explained things to me when I asked questions. They were all excellent, from the time I walked in their door until the time I left. It was just top notch all the way around and we had no problems with them at all. They were always on time, and in fact, they were 10-15 minutes early. We wrote a really nice letter afterwards and sent it to the company. They asked me if they could give out my phone number, and I said no but thanked them for asking.

This is the second time we used Economy, and I couldn't be more delighted!

The entire process from initial contact, design, selecting materials, scheduling, demolition, rough-in, construction and finish went smoothly.  Our contact and designer Sue Moura was a pleasure to work with and provided all contact from beginning to finish -- no multiple departments or subcontrators to coordinate or chase down. She obviously knows her business and enjoys her work, and gave many useful insights and suggestions.

Each stage of work was carefully done to the point of meticulous, and was completed exactly per schedule -- no wondering if workers were showing up that morning.  No mess was left on any day.  No wondering if any corners were being cut.

All charges were detailed at the onset, and the job stayed precisely on budget -- no surprises anywhere.  What minor problems that came up during construction which are expected in a 55 yr old house were immediately solved.

The finished result looks like something out of a magazine.  Highly recommended!

We were very?pleased with the job that Economy Kitchen and Bath did with our bathroom remodeling.? Economy had remodeled our kitchen in 2012 and because they had done such a great job with the kitchen, we wanted them to also remodel the first floor bathroom.?? Our 1950's bathroom had never been updated.? Frank of Economy was? very helpful in our choices? of fixtures, doors for the shower, and cabinets.??Because space was limited we wanted as much storage space as possible..???Frank did lots of research trying to find for us matching vanity and tank topper in the right size and right color and he certainly succeeded.? The workers from Economy was very punctual and professional.??They showed up at 9 AM each morning? and at the end of the work day, they cleaned up the areas of the house leading to the bathroom.???We were very lucky to have one of the workers ("Z")? working on our bathroom from day one (demolition) all the way to the last day (installing the shower grab bar).?? All in all, we love our new bathroom and are very happy with the work done by Economy Kitchen and Bath.

Everything was excellent and they did a nice job. The young man that they sent was so neat, efficient and got here on time. He was so quiet while he was here and I was comfortable having him in my home.  They also took care of getting all the inspections scheduled and completed and that was great.

Tom provided an accurate estimate & proposal. Workmen were competent, clean, professional. Absolutely no problems at any point. Would highly recommend.

We called for an estimate and review they said they are no interested in educating us since he was the first one we called
He's suggested we should call other contractor before we get an estimate from them :-) Hilarious.

Economy were extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. The project required tearing the bathroom down to the wall, ceiling and floor studs and rebuilding everything. I appreciated the fact that Economy has their own showroom which allowed me to see many different samples before deciding on what fixture styles to use. Once the start date was agreed to, they maintained the 4 week construction schedule without deviation. Workers were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. If there was a question on if something could be installed in two different places, they always checked with me before installing to ensure it was where I wanted it. All work except the electrical (which they subcontracted) was self performed.
Were there some minor items that needed corrected? Certainly. There is on any project of this size and complexity. But any item that I did bring to their attention, was promptly corrected to my satisfaction. Tom Bak was the manager I dealt with from inception to completion and he ensured I was satisfied. I highly recommend Tom and his company.
