Description of Work: I pass by deegan roofing on terril rd almost everyday and since I need a new roof, I stopped in and decided to get an estimate . I was introduced to Danielle and we discussed a new roof, my recent flooding issue and the dirty gutters. very friendly knowledgeable helpful. I was very impressed and we set up an appointment for Brian to come out and give me an estimate the following sat. since my gutters were dirty, she set up an appointment for the next mourning to be cleaned, I wanted to be around since I had the flooding issue and wanted to make sure all issues were addressed . so I waited all mourning on the holiday weekend and they were a no show. at twelve I called the office and the secretary had no idea I was on the schedule and said when they check in , I will call you back. I was angry at this point and after a few words insisted she call them now and let me know now if they were coming at all, I didn't feel like wasting the entire day. well she called and of course a no show... busy ...job ran over... holiday weekend...etc.. bottom line.. don't promise what you cant deliver and if there is an issue please call and let the customer know!

Description of Work: Replaced shingles on a small section of roof that badly needed repair. Workmanship was top notch and clean up thorough and professional. They evaluated the main roof and gave an honest assessment that it still had 3-5 years left before needing replacement. I will use Deegan to the replace main roof when needed. I highly recommend them.

The job went well. Brian Deegan showed up at the appointed time to inspect the roof. He was very personable and informative. He then sent us a very reasonable estimate. We decided to use his company and sent in the contract. His office called us and set up a work schedule. The proposed start up day was rainy, so the work started on the following day. The workers were scheduled to do the job in two days, and they did the work in the allotted time. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves. Our property wasn't left totally free of old materials, but it was reasonably clean. They picked up the dumpster about two days later. Everyone from the company that I dealt with was very pleasant, and the job was done in a professional manner. I would use them again.
Description of Work: The roof had three layers of shingles. It was stripped down to the wood. A couple of repairs were done to the wood. The roof was reshingled, new flashing was installed, and a ridge vent was installed.

An actual person answered the phone. The estimator was somewhat late, but the company called to explain the delay. The estimate seemed reasonable. My one quibble was that the work was performed on a Sunday when we weren't here. The company left a message on Saturday saying they'd be coming the next day, but we were away the entire weekend. They explained that their schedule had been pushed back by the weather. Thus far we've had no further leakage, though I'd like to go through one torrential rain before declaring victory. In general, I was quite pleased with this company and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Replacement of old caulk on side panels of second floor. Patching of some spots on rolled rubber roof.

DEEGAN ROOFING COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB ACROSS THE BOARD WHEN THEY CAME AND FIX THE OUR ROOF. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK ON SCHEDULE. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS FOR US.

WE WERE PRETTY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. WHILE THEY WERE WORKING, SOME RAIN LEAKED INTO OUR HOME AND THEY TOOK SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS OF THE FINAL BILL TO MAKE UP FOR IT. WE WOULD USE DEEGAN ROOFING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I FEEL THAT THIS IS A VERY BUSY COMPANY. IT TOOK SIX MONTHS FOR THEM TO GET TO MY HOUSE, BUT ONCE THERE IT TOOK ONLY THREE DAYS FOR THE WHOLE JOB. THEY EVEN USED A LARGE MAGNET FOR THE CLEANUP. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
