RIBO is really a good company. Franco is a very nice person to work with. He gave me lots of advise on the project details, very professional. I have my basement remodel and they complete the job earlier than expected. They also done some nice extra work and decoration for me which I really appreciate.

Franco and his crew originally came in and remodeled our old house bathroom. They did such a great job that we had them prepare that house to sell. They did our siding, interior plaster n paint, as well as our outdoor and shutter painting. Besides being professional, him and his crew did such a beautiful work and would always cover and clean up everything. Because of their work we sold quickly. Therefore we knew we would work with them again on our new home. We were surprised to find them busy during covid spring 2020 however Franco was always communicative with us about time frames. Finally during summer they came with masks on everyday. They sectioned off each area they has to work on and as always moved or covered everything. We wanted new shelving for basement entertainment area and they did such beautiful craftsmanship. My husband and I are always beyond happy with their work although not cheap it is definitely worth it andit shows in their work.

Best contractor I have ever used Franco is hands down the best. I had a tight deadline for this renovation done before our move in date. The house needed a lot of work to include removing wallpaper, carpets, sanding \ staining \ install new floors \ painting. The results were incredible and we were extremely happy. His staff is very professional and cleaned up after the work is complete. I plan on doing future work to our house and Franco is our guy!

This is the third home I've owned (and hopefully last) and the second major kitchen renovation I've done. He treated our home like his own, offering his personal advice about numerous things that were beyond his scope of work. We added additional projects along the way including painting and some carpentry work. His crew is very talented and very professional too. Franco from Ribo Construction has done an excellent job for my kitchen remodeling. The price is reasonable. The overall quality is very good. The project was finished ahead of the schedule. His team is polite and professional. They always came on time and cleaned up the work place thoroughly before they left. Franco and his team were excellent! They were always professional, knowledgable, friendly and meticulous. Franco was also very accessible whenever you had a question or concern and was always accommodating. His phrase to us was "no hay problema" (not a problem). We are also very appreciative for all his genuine advise and sincerity. He went above and beyond many times; accepting deliveries to our house when we could not be at home and always accommodate to our schedule. Franco and his crew did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom. They completely gutted the bathroom and rebuilt everything. He was always punctual and communicated with me everyday about the renovation process, replying quickly to any questions or texts that I sent him. He was also flexible and was willing to do whatever we needed in order to make sure we were happy with the finished product. The job became more complicated at various points in the renovation, but he never complained about what needed to be done and always remained patient with everything. Our bathroom came out BEAUTIFUL and we would definitely recommend Franco/Ribo for any renovations you are considering.

Franco & team are super professional. They arrive on time, they work "super clean" and they stay on budget. Over the last 5 years, Ribo has completed a variety of projects for our family including a new baseboards/crown molding, reconfiguring walls, painting, nw master bath, etc. Most importantly, Franco steps up when it counts. We got water in our basement after an unusually large rainfall. Once the basement dried out, Franco & team quickly stepped into action to replace the damaged drywall & flooring. Franco suggested a variety of products that would help us avoid similar damage in the future. Finally, we recently purchased a house down the shore & Franco + team commuted for 7 days to help get the place ready for the upcoming summer season. While we could have a found local contractor, we wanted the job done quickly & professionally - the place looks amazing! 10 out 10, 5 stars, A+!

I cannot rave enough about Franco and his team! As a first time homeowner, I was really anxious when I decided to do some work to my home. I originally hired Ribo Construction to do gut renovations to both the master and guest bathrooms and to redo the kitchen floors. However, as we progressed with these projects, I was so happy with their work that I ended up adding a few more items to the list. They are the epitome of professionalism. They’re polite, timely, detail oriented and most importantly, they are trustworthy and have been extremely respectful of my home, always leaving the workspace organized and clean at the of each work day. They are always dependable and responsive, quick to follow up on anything that I have asked or requested. Franco has been an outstanding contractor who has managed every aspect of the renovation efficiently from permits through completion. He’s personable, very honest, thorough, organized and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured when I had my bouts of indecision and I always felt like I could trust his word. In fact, Franco was very helpful with suggesting design options and reputable vendors for the stone, tile, shower doors, etc. He’s also excellent at communicating, updating me often throughout the day and checking in daily to see if I had any questions or concerns. He always made time to accommodate my work schedule if we had to meet to discuss anything in person. He has gone above and beyond, completely setting my mind at ease throughout the whole process. What could have easily been a very stressful experience ended up being fun and enjoyable all because of Ribo. Everything that Franco and his team have done at my home is far more beautiful than I could ever imagine or wish for. I contracted RIBO to renovate the kitchen and one bathroom. The initial estimate was 4-6 weeks, however the work was finished in half of the time. Franco and his crew did a great job, their work ethic, attention to detail and overall execution are outstanding. Franco was very responsive at any time, followed-up regularly and provided ideas for improvement making sure the whole job looks unified and well-planned. I highly recommend RIBO to anyone looking to remodel, weather it's a rental or your own home, I am very happy with the results!

Franco and his team did an excellent job for our bathroom renovation and installing porcelain tiles in our basement. He came over to provide the estimate and first worked on installing the porcelain tiles and molding. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. A permit was obtained for the bathroom remodel. We discussed the desired layout of the bathroom and how the wall tiles would be installed. They put in the recessed lights, ceiling fan, window, door, toilet, and the sink. The bathroom came out beautiful and we were pleased with the quality of the work. The staff was nice and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up each day after the work was done. We would hire Ribo again for other projects in the future.

Initial scope of project was full kitchen demo inclusive of knocking down wall, redoing wood floors in living room, entryway, stairs and upstairs hallway. Plus painting those areas. As the project progressed we added several other items – install tile floor in ½ bath, new door and paint, add recessed living room lights, add new window (not replace existing but actual new opening), paint basement plus reroute existing heat/AC vent to another location within basement. And other things like request to cut opening in existing air ducts to add additional vents to now larger kitchen area and another one for living room. Franco came to our house at least four times before we signed contract. He initially met with my husband a few times and then with both of us. He provided detailed quote (4-5 pages) and references to call. We expressed concern about soffit in kitchen we wanted removed to install 36” tall wall cabinets but unsure if piping, etc. was inside. Holes were made to see inside soffit and he consulted with his plumber and confirmed we could remove and have flush ceiling there. This was done even before we signed contract. He applied for permits and started project on time. His payment schedule is typical - 1/3 down, 1/3 midway and 1/3 end. His team was quick with demo – one day - wall gone, studs in outside walls and ceiling beams exposed. The project moved along as expected with minor delays beyond Franco’s control. We delayed project with additional requests as described in first paragraph. New window required resubmission of permit paperwork. Also designer we chose (not connected to Franco) had poor follow-through. Designer delayed our project numerous times - cabinet order, tile order, replacement cabinet doors – all late! This caused Franco to have to shuffle his schedule around several times too. Franco made himself available to meet with me and my husband throughout the project. He was responsive throughout via text, phone, in person whichever we preferred. He provided frequent status updates - without being asked to do so. We also asked Franco about quartz counter tops and he referred us to local company he deals with. They were great with very reasonable pricing so we purchased their countertops - no issues with that process. We saved money here because had been to several other counter top suppliers and this place had pattern/style we wanted and lowest pricing for same quartz quality. I was indecisive on paint colors so had him repaint three times! Let me tell you I was a thorn in this man’s side and his disposition was always No Problem, Ok, Don’t Worry, It will be fine. He patiently reviewed with me my bulleted lists of items - quick things like questions, comments, needed explanations, etc. He made suggestions along the way that not only made more sense that what my husband and I were thinking but at times saved us money. I asked him several times about the installed recessed lights in living room because I thought they were too bright. I got him to change recessed light fixtures in kitchen and then back again. He advised it would be fine once dimmer switch was installed and it was. I know I drove this man crazy! Franco’s workers left work areas neat each day. He doesn’t over book jobs because he had workers at my house all the time - mostly the same exact crew. And towards end I mentioned I was having small gathering for my son and asked him not to work that particular day. We were pleasantly surprised that the day before they thoroughly cleaned the kitchen (counters, floor etc.) and living room floor and put down protective coverings on floors. This is the extra stuff this man/company does. We absolutely love the new kitchen, new layout, additional natural light from new window, paint colors etc. We’ll definitely use him again and already have another smaller project in mind. It’s rare these days to find contractor with his integrity, dedication, knowledge who takes pride in his company and workmanship. And does it all with a great attitude – which is appreciated especially when you’re living in the home throughout the remodel. I very highly recommend Ribo Construction.

Tile in basement looks fantastic. The crew was efficient, friendly and completed the work on time. Franco came several times each day to check the progress of the work and whether we had any questions. He was also very quick to respond by phone and text messages and checked in with us by text message.

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job with their tile work in my bathroom. They are extremely professional and work very efficiently. The project was completed in the exact amount time quoted. I really appreciated that they were organized and cleaned up after themselves very well.

Franco and his team are very professional. They did an excellent job in installing my floors. Franco is very honest and his estimates are on point. He provides a detailed explanation of what is required and what is not necessary. He is very efficient and neat and the crew always cleaned up after they left for the day. I have recommended him to several of my friends and would highly recommend him. He also does only 1 job at a time and gives it full attention. He also painted my bedrooms and the front door - Again an excellent job I have had an excellent experience with him and will recommend him.
